4KINSHIP Diné Skate Garden Project- Mobilizing Indigenous Youth through Skateboarding

In 2024, the Diné Skate Garden Project hit an incredible milestone—distributing a record-breaking 5,000 skateboards and helmets to Diné youth during the Navajo Nation Fair Youth Days in Tuba City, Shiprock, and Window Rock. It was absolutely amazing to see so many kids experience the joy and freedom of skateboarding!

Now, for 2025, we’re dreaming even bigger. With your help, we’re aiming to distribute 10,000 skateboards and helmets to kids across the Navajo Nation this September and October. But we can’t do it alone—we need to place our order by May 1st to make it happen.

Diné Skate Garden Project is a community led project by Diné (Navajo) brand 4KINSHIP to bring the transformative sport of skateboarding to Navajo youth in Two Grey Hills New Mexico on Navajo Nation. After completing a skate park in this remote community in 2022, our 2025 goal is provide over 10,000 skateboards to Indigenous Youth on Navajo Nation!
