CDI's 2nd annual Dance-a-Thon!

💕 A Message from the organizer, Susanna:

I've worked with the California Dance Institute for the last four years, and I LOVE IT! Teaching in this joyful, athletic style has been a highlight of my career in dance education. After an extremely successful debut last year, we're launching our 2nd FUNdraiser Dance-a-Thon to offset the cost of presenting our magical end of year show. This is a truly fantastic event, with 150 public school students performing in a historic theater with live music. The joy this event brings to our students and their families is incomparable. They work hard all year rehearsing their dances, and for many it's their first time entering a theater. For me personally, it's a highlight of the entire year! Thank you for your support!

California Dance Institute (CDI) is an in-school and after-school dance and music enrichment program that ignites a passion for movement and self-expression, cultivates confidence and resilience, and builds essential life skills that empower children to thrive.

CDI is excited to announce our second annual Dance-a-thon. On Feb. 22, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CDI's staff and students will create an original dance to be performed at our Event of the Year gala in May.

With your help, we can meet our goal of $40,000 which goes directly toward dance programming for hundreds of school children in the greater Los Angeles area.
