We are thrilled to partner with Every Ability Plays Project (EAPP) to transform the playground at Colinas Del Norte Elementary School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, into an inclusive haven where children of all abilities can play side by side.

Every Ability Plays Project is dedicated to removing barriers and expanding the world of play for children and young adults with disabilities. We believe that every child deserves a playful life, regardless of their mobility impairments, hearing and vision challenges, autism spectrum disorders, or any other disabilities. Our mission is to provide adaptive equipment that supports inclusive play in neighborhood playgrounds, communities, and private backyards.

Our vision is to create an inclusive community encouraging socialization and play among children, adults, and families of all abilities. This playground project perfectly aligns with this vision, offering opportunities for children to develop alongside their peers while experiencing the joy and benefits of play.

The specific aim of this fundraiser is to revamp the playground at Colinas Del Norte Elementary School, making it accessible to children with various needs. EAPP has committed to purchasing a wheelchair swing, two adaptive swings, and a slide, and installing playground flooring designed for easier navigation for those in wheelchairs.

The total cost of transforming the playground is $157,000. The Rio Rancho School District has agreed to put $100,000 aside for this specific project. Our goal from Every Ability Plays Project is to raise $50,000 to support this project, and we rely on the generosity of people like you to make this dream a reality.
