Michael Hesson passed peacefully at home in Reading, PA, on October 25, 2024 at age 41 He fought bravely and without complaint against uveal melanoma for 19 months under the care of Wills Eye and Jefferson Hospitals. Michael was usually quiet, but those who listened were rewarded by his wicked sense of humor. He spent his convalescence working from home as a draftsman designing large industrial products, watching action and horror movies, and snacking on Philly pretzels with his family. Michael loved his family, and they loved him. He will be deeply missed by his parents, Anne and Ed Hesson of Reading, PA; his brother Ryan (Amanda) Hesson, of Folsom, PA; and his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael was a joy in our lives.
