Welcome to the One Annapolis 21st Century Community Learning Center fundraiser page!
The One Annapolis 21st Century Community Learning Center at Annapolis Middle School will serve up to 60 rising 6th grade students and families with family navigation services, family engagement programs, after-school programming, and a summer bridge program. Utilizing the Community Hubs model developed by People Builder's Consulting, Community Navigation Specialists will be assigned to families within designated communities, providing weekly family navigation services and wrap around support. This funding will also allow us to employ a Community Engagement Specialist. The Community Engagement Specialist will manage and coordinate the community navigation specialists, plan academic activities, and serve as an education system navigator for program participants. We have also partnered with two awesome organizations to help with our after school and summer programming.
Your donation will help fund programs and initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families at Annapolis Middle School. Together, we can create a brighter future for our community.
- $350 sponsors 1 student to participate in a week long summer bridge program
- $100 provides 6 hours of afterschool programming for 1 child
- $25 supports plants, soil, and compost for 1 garden bed
- $10 purchases 1 book for each student to take home
