Masonicare Home Health and Hospice, comprised of a team of highly qualified and caring individuals, is dedicated to excellence in home health and hospice care. We continually strive to improve the health and wellness of patients and families throughout Connecticut with our responsive, accessible and quality-driven approach to care at home and in the community. We are dedicated and committed to quality care and excellent customer service. We cover the majority of the state while maintaining a local feel, with an intense focus on raising the awareness of the home care benefit. We are innovative leaders in developing new programs for home care delivery
