Our Mission

In 2010, we started Love is Louder with The Jed Foundation to amplify a simple message – love and support are louder than any voice that tries to bring us down. Our movement started at a time when there was a lot of anger and confusion online after a series of tragedies involving bullying. Six years later, hundreds of thousands of you have grown the movement around the world. We’ve relaunched Love is Louder as a community because we want to turn our message into action. We want individuals and communities all over the globe to commit to taking actions that make us all feel more connected and supported.

How Your Donations Help

  • $1 allows us to add 1 teen or young adult to our online community so we can inspire them to take actions to support themselves and others
  • $10 donation provides 1 for a campus to encourage students to commit to actions that make their community more inclusive and supportive
  • $250 provides 1 online training for 10 advocates on ways they can work to prevent bullying and discrimination and promote kindness in their community
  • $150 provides 15 advocates with Action Kits and resources that help them make their campus/community more inclusive and supportive
  • $50 provides 1 personalized email or phone support to help an advocate plan Love is Louder events for their campus/community
  • $25 provides 1 online training for an advocate on ways they can work to prevent bullying and discrimination and promote kindness in their community
