To reduce high risked behavior in the general population in our targeted communities and schools. In its work Mount Olive values professionalism, efficiency, integrity, courtesy and good public relations. To become a sustainable AIDS Service Organization implementing HIV/AIDS prevention intervention, which are responsive to community needs in an effort to reduce the impact of HIV within our targeted areas. Introduction

Mount Olive Outreach (MOO) is a NPO (Non-Profit Organization) registered with the Department of Social Development under the laws of South Africa. MOO exists to benefit Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youth (OVCY) in the impoverished community of Lehae, South of Johannesburg, South Africa. With a clear strategy, MOO can measurably define and quantify the services it provides and thereby have a better chance of improving the future for OVCY, which ultimately contributes to improved livelihoods of children, youth and broader citizens of South Africa. 4. To facilitate Orphan and Vulnerable Child programmes with outcome based activities Promote HIV/AIDS education and awareness training Provide services such as Home Based Care and Palliative care Promote HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing Conduct Spiritual Programmes

1. Aftercare Programs and Feeding Scheme for children and older persons 2. Economic Strengthening 3. Poverty Alleviation ( This includes a garden project, a bakery and a sewing project for older persons and unemployed parents) 4. Senior Citizen Support ( Disruption groups, financial advice as well as savings clubs) 5. Victim Empowerment ( Counselling, supports groups and the distribution of hygiene products ) 6. Youth Skills Development ( Career advice, computer skills, CV writing and HIV testing ) 7. Palliative Care ( Health Screening, HIV testing, nutritional advice and screening ) 8. Early Childhood Development ( Health screening, nutritional support and medication support
