The violence from radical Israeli settlers has been on the rise this year, dramatically. Your generosity protects children, families, and whole communities from violence. We can't do it without you. We want to share a letter that we received from Jamal, a local Palestinian farmer who we work with: “I am a farmer from the village of Shofa in Tulkarm. My land was subjected to an attack by settlers, who uprooted 300 olive trees and leveled the land. I was prevented from accessing the orchard and replanting it [by settlers and the military]. Then I got to know Combatants for Peace. You were a true refuge and helped support me on all material and moral levels. You helped me re-cultivate my land and provided me with psychological and moral support. All thanks and appreciation, may God bless you." Combatants for Peace helped Jamal to replant his orchard, but his family is still under threat.
