Our Impact
about 6 years ago — Houston, TX
The Landing Theatre Company is devoted to American playwriting, and over the last 8 years we have been investing in playwrights, to help them further develop their craft, and add to the creative cannon of American playwriting. Over the years we have commissioned new works, given internal and public readings, provided mentorship and dramaturgy, showcased playwrights nationally from Maine to Hawaii, designed programs specifically for local artists, and have been an active producer of new works. Even as the pandemic has raged, we have been able to continue our valuable work moving American playwriting forward. And we continue to expand our important efforts because of passionate donors and supporters.
