An infant is not supposed to die. It is an unexpected tragedy, but one that happens far too often and has devastating short-term and long-term effects on mothers. There are inadequate services available locally and nationwide to meet the complex needs of mothers who have suffered infant loss. The Finley Project is working to fill this void.
