Hope For Kajiado

Naserian came to Kajiado Children's Home in 2010 when she lost her parents. She has received both physical and spiritual nourishments here, and today is in the 11th grade at Oloibor Sot Girls Secondary School where she performs well. The photo of her shown was taken in January 2023 with the food that was taken to her village to help the widowed and elderly. The impact of Hope For Kajiado extends to the community during crisis situations. During COVID, KCH developed a food outreach program to feed many villages due to the closure of businesses and schools. In November 2022, Hope For Kajiado raised $10,000 to provide 200 families with a month's groceries, who were most impacted by the worst drought they had seen in forty years. Our mission is to provide for orphaned children. But there are times that God calls us to do more. And with His help, we have been blessed to do so.

Emily (6yrs) and Sarah (8yrs) are two little girls who now have HOPE. Their father died of HIV/AIDS in 2018 while in prison. Their mother, who is also HIV+ and also has hearing problems, has issues with mental health, e.g. she is not sure about ages and names of her children. The family has no home since their father sold all the land including space where their house is. They hope the person who bought the land will have mercy and give them space to call home. The mother has no source of income and depends on well-wishers. Emily and her sister, Sarah came to Kajiado Children's Home in February 2020. The support through KCH will equip them with the needs to build a better future through loving care, education, medical care and spiritual guidance. Child sponsorships of $50 per month per child covers about half of the cost to support them. Fundraising helps us to make up the difference. Can you help them?
