Our Mission
Our mission is to empower future generations to access equitable cross-cultural and technological education through Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.) activities.
We do this by:
1. connecting students and teachers to educational opportunities through travel 2. assisting students in all stages of research, application, and preparation for study abroad. 3. creating educational exchange programs that provide cultural and academic enrichment
Implementing practical learning approaches in the traditional education sector since 2014 EBI is passionate about helping students expand their boundaries.
We do this by developing and implementing programs to help students and educators become more equipped to thrive in our globalized society. We foster cultural awareness in our U.S. students -- and work to bridge the digital divide in the Ghanan community through project-based learning.
We want to tear down the education sector's limitations by promoting practical and globalized learning approaches to prepare students for today’s globalized economy.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
EBI aims to help future generations have equitable access to STEAM education while leveraging their cross-educational and cultural experiences. It intends to empower the underserved, underprivileged, and technologically impoverished students in the United States and Africa through developing local innovative and practical solutions for STEAM engagement. EBI envisions a world where underprivileged students have access to quality education enriched by cross-educational and cultural experiences. Through these programs, EBI is dedicated to contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Goal 4 of the SDGs is to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Through pilot activities 2 locations; Baltimore and Westminster, MD, and Ejura and Tema, Ghana, EBI aims to accomplish the following objectives: Promote equitable education by providing students in deprived communities with learning opportunities in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math. Increase the number of female students pursuing STEAM fields, which empowers them and allows them to become more economically independent. Introduce STEAM fundamentals through locally developed learning solutions. Provide students with opportunities to expose to diverse environments and people through scholarships and virtual international exchange programs. Build educators’ capacity to teach and deliver the STEAM material/curriculum through computer literacy.
