The Caribbean Law Enforcement Foundation Inc. was formed to enhance Caribbean law enforcement and first responder agencies, by providing funding and equipment for training and technological infrastructure. In the first phase, the foundation will provide funds to bring Caribbean law enforcement and first responder personnel to the United States for advanced training and send trainers and equipment to the Caribbean to conduct general and advanced training. In the second phase the foundation will provide funding and equipment to enhance the technological abilities of Caribbean law enforcement and first responder agencies. The beneficiaries of the Caribbean Law Enforcement Foundation are the member nations affiliated with the Caribbean Regional Security System (RSS).
The foundation will also conduct outreach seminars and training to encourage and educate youth in the United States on how to join law enforcement agencies.
