PICKET FENCE POODLE RESCUE and Re-home is a charitable and educational organization to rescue and supply Poodles with love, shelter, food, human companionship, medical care and spay-neuter services until permanent placement is secured into a pre-screened loving home, as long as the Poodle is not dangerous to humans or other dogs.

They are a "network" of rescuers in the Midwest. They work with local shelters and other rescues. They are an all-breed and mix-breed 501c3 non-profit dog rescue licensed in the state of Nebraska. They are based out of the Omaha metro area.

They are a 501c3 rescue that focuses on pulling dogs on death row from high kill shelters. They are a foster-based care for life rescue.

The primary purpose of Open Arms Pound Rescue is to work with approved rescue organizations to help them overcome obstacles to the safe rescue of dogs in danger of euthanasia in pounds and shelters. We do this by facilitating transport coordination, veterinary care and boarding. Open Arms Pound Rescue will develop and maintain a system of volunteer foster homes for dogs, and will provide public information to improve responsible pet ownership.

Bimmer's Border Collie Rescue is made up of a small group of volunteers dedicated to finding homes for border collies in need. The dogs are all in foster homes, there is no main shelter facility. They care deeply for this breed and want to help the border collies they rescue find permanent, loving homes.

S.M.A.R.T. was founded in 2008 and is an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff. Their purpose is to provide a safe haven for abandoned and homeless pets, to provide front-line rescue of companion animals impacted by a natural, technological, or other disasters, and to facilitate community education programs with respect to disaster mitigation, personal responsibility, and the plight of homeless pets.

To provide refuge and medical care for homeless and unwanted animals with a primary focus on cats, to place adoptable pets in permanent homes, to educate the public about animal welfare with emphasis on facts regarding declawing, to foster compassion and respect for animals, to make resources available to pet owners and caretakers to have their pets spayed or neutered, and to promote the mission of Saved By A Whisker Rescue.

Committed to contributing to the welfare of companion animals through permanent placement and community education on sterilization, animal cruelty and neglect. They strive to provide necessary veterinarian care to ensure healthy animals. They educate people and promote the importance of spaying and neutering animals to prevent needless suffering and death due to overpopulation.

The primary purpose of Waverly Pet Rescue is to find loving and responsible homes for all the animals is our care, to educate the community about responsible pet ownership, to promote spaying and neutering all pets, and to provide a caring environment where those animals can live without fear of being euthanized before that forever home is found.

A NO KILL facility. Any dogs brought there stay until they find a home. If suitable homes cannot be found, the dogs stay on the farm in their sanctuary program.

New Beginnings German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is an all volunteer group whose purpose is to find permanent loving families for dogs that, through no fault of their own, find themselves without homes. Many of us have had countless years of loving and caring for our own Shorthairs.

Animal Rescue Squad, Inc. is a non-profit (501c3) corporation established in 2007 by founder, L. Cardoza. They rescue and take in stray, abandoned and pregnant cats in Northwest Indiana and adjacent Illinois areas.
