THE CAPTAIN PAUL WATSON FOUNDATION has been established to promote and further the legacy of Captain Paul Watson. To focus on the protection and conservation of the Ocean through direct intervention supported by education, documentation, research activities and partnerships with other NGOs, governments and international institutions like the United Nations. It will be made up of a small team that will prevent any future interference or dilution of the overall vision of Paul's legacy by keeping management and bureaucracy minimal.

Sea Otter Foundation & Trust

Ensuring the survival and recovery of sea otters (Enhydra lutris) in their habitats by building funds to support research, conservation and education. We focus on enhancing the ability of researchers, scientists, zoological facilities, universities and nonprofits to explore range-wide sea otter ecological studies, educational conservation programs, science and technology advancements as they relate to the sea otter. Petaluma Animal Shelter handles all animal control and adoption services for the city of Petaluma and animal control services for the city of Healdsburg. We take in lost domestic animals and owner surrendered pets and handle all dog licenses for dogs within Petaluma and Healdsburg city limits. We provide hope and homes to animals in need–and excellent service to our customers.

We will find responsible loving homes for as many of these animals as possible. Through humane education, and special programs for children, we will reduce the number of animals abused and abandoned in our community. Through spay/neuter education and by altering all the animals we adopt out, we will reduce the number of unwanted animals born in our community.

Save A Stray Foundation

Save a Stray Foundation’s mission is to provide relief and assistance to stray and feral cats roaming on the streets that lack food, water, shelter and veterinarian care, by humanely trapping the cats to be spayed, neutered, vaccinated and fed on a regular basis. We also educate the public of the importance of spaying and neutering their own pets and how to implement a cat management program in the community for feral/stray cats in order to control the overpopulation of stray cats. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, 100% of donations go to the cats.

A.R.F. Animal Rescue Foundation

A.R.F. - Animal Rescue Foundation is a no-kill animal rescue organization in northern Illinois that is dedicated to finding homes for pets that have been abandoned, abused, or with high medical needs. Cats and dogs are rescued from high-kill shelters and placed in temporary foster homes until they can be adopted. Our fosters take the extra time needed to ensure that every animal we adopt out is healthy and a perfect addition to their forever family. A.R.F. is an all-volunteer organization, and our generous volunteers make the difference in hundreds of pets' lives every year.
