Vegan Outreach

Founded in 1993, Vegan Outreach is a 501c3 nonprofit organization working to end violence towards animals. We seek a future when sentient animals are no longer exploited as commodities. We focus on reaching the people who are motivated enough to make changes now—of which there are always many in our target audience who just need some additional encouragement. By steadily increasing the number of vegans we're laying the groundwork to more quickly reach a tipping point.

Rhode Island Parrot Rescue

Rhode Island Parrot Rescue is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the rescue rehabilitation of unwanted, abused or abandoned parrots. Our mission is to educate people on the proper care of parrots and parrot-like birds, their specific physical and psychological needs, rescuing companion parrots from harmful or unwanted situations and rehabilitating, when necessary, unwanted, found, or injured naturalized (free-flying) parrots; and offering these birds to qualified homes for adoption

Sumatran Orangutan Society

Sumatran orangutans are critically endangered and without urgent action could be the first Great Ape species to become extinct. SOS is dedicated to turning this situation around. We do this by: Raising awareness about the importance of protecting orangutans and their rainforest home. Supporting grassroots projects which empower local people to become guardians of the rainforests and restoring damaged orangutan habitat through tree planting programmes. Campaigning on issues threatening the survival of orangutans in the wild. Help us protect orangutans, their forests and their future.

Hog Haven Farm

Hog Haven Farm is a Colorado-based 501C3 nonprofit for potbellied pigs (also called mini pigs) and standard breeds of pigs. Founded in 2014, HHF has rescued more than 160 pigs from situations of abandonment, abuse, neglect, and from slaughter. We help potbellied pigs find forever homes; offer sanctuary to both potbellied and standard pigs; and provide educational support to current & future pig owners as well as the general public.

Freedom Canines International

Freedom Canines International\u2019s mission is simple- Pups Empowering People! We raise and train life-saving assistance dogs, partnering them with Texans in need of their specialized skills at no charge. In addition to empowering clients, we have created a training process designed to empower high school students through their involvement in training future assistance dogs. Freedom Canines is an integral part of agriculture classes at participating high schools, utilizing puppies to engage students in hands-on learning.

Rhino 911

At RHINO 911, we are focused on providing new solutions for on-the-ground response to wounded and orphaned Rhinos for the survival of the Rhino Species.While we’re starting with the Rhinos we’re also working toward a future where every Province in South Africa has the same infrastructure with advanced technology and air capabilities to respond to any wounded animals including; Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Cheetahs, and Leopards. RHINO 911 is dedicated to assisting all species with our capabilities to ensure survival for the animals under the threat of poaching.

Wildlife Alliance

Wildlife Alliance’s mission is to protect and preserve forests and wildlife for future generations. We work directly with communities and governments to improve forest management and institute good governance to comprehensively address the devastation of ecosystems and combat the illegal wildlife trade. Our programs in Southeast Asia and the Russian Far East fight forest crime in high biodiversity areas, and actively promote diversified agriculture, community-based ecotourism, and reforestation. We create economic incentives and build political will within communities to preserve the environment.

White River Animal Rescue

WRAR is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which dedicates free-volunteer hours to save otherwise adoptable dogs from the South. WRAR focuses, first and foremost, on dogs in danger of immediate euthanasia, with special consideration for medically compromised dogs. Since 2009, WRAR has rescued over 4000 dogs and as many as 350 dogs in 2016. WRAR has also been covering all medical expenses for each rescue, up to $7000 in treatment.

The Wildlife Society

Founded in 1937, the organization’s mission is “To inspire, empower, and enable wildlife professionals to sustain wildlife populations and habitats through science-based management and conservation.” The Wildlife Society enhances our members’ networking and learning opportunities, professional and career development and provides numerous ways for them to get more involved in creating a better future for wildlife and their habitats. Our more than 11,000 members include: -Scientists, managers, educators, technicians, planners, consultants, and others who manage, conserve, and study wildlife populations and habitats. -Students who are pursuing degrees and experience that will enable them to become the next generation of wildlife professionals. -Supporters who help spread the word and take action on important wildlife and habitat issues. Biggies Bullies

Biggies Bullies is a foster home-based rescue founded in 2011 in Pittsburgh PA. As a small rescue, their mission is to rescue and re-home Pit Bull type dogs in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. They focus on educating the public on responsible pet ownership, positive force-free, science-based training, and the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. With love, care, and humane training, they ensure proper placement by making appropriate matches to the right families and remain a lifelong resource for those families.

United Rescues Of Kentucky Inc

Since the creation of URKY in 2006 they have been instrumental in saving over 200,000 11th hour animals from being euthanized. They have provided free transportation for shelter animals to reputable rescues, funded emergency vetting and provided blankets and emergency housing to thousands of animals. They have helped to distribute over 10 million lbs of cat and dog food to the rescues and shelters in Kentucky. They've been the first to hit the ground to provide relief and help in puppymill raids and hoarder situations.
