Veterans Moving Forward

The mission of Veterans Moving Forward (VMF) is to provide service dogs, facility dogs and Emotional Support dogs to American veterans with physical and mental health challenges at no cost to the veteran or their family.. Through these services, VMF strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our disabled veterans by facilitating their recovery and increasing their safety and independence within their homes and communities. VMF provides canine support to address both visible and invisible wounds, ranging from adjusting to loss of limbs to post-traumatic stress. These disabilities may have been acquired either during military service to our country, or through an accident or illness incurred in private life following that service.

Hope Through Horses

Their Mission is "Sharing the Healing Power of Horses and Transformative Coaching with the World". They provide funding for organizations and individuals committed to and involved in improving the lives of individuals and horses partners through the Equine Gestalt Coaching Method® and other Touched By A Horse® horse-human healing methods. The EGCMethod® is an experiential method of coaching in partnership with a horse. Clients who participate in experiential therapies report more impactful results and longer lasting change when compared with talk therapy. National Disaster Search Dog Foundation

Our mission is to strengthen disaster response in America by rescuing and recruiting dogs and partnering them with firefighters and other first responders to find people buried alive in the wreckage of disasters. Since our inception in 1996, SDF has trained over 231 teams in California, Florida, Nebraska, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Baja California who have responded to over 200 disasters across the US and internationally.
