Healing Paws for Warriors is a veteran founded / veteran led 501(c)(3) that provides rescue-to trained ADA certified service dogs to veterans faced with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) at “no cost” to the veteran with continued support. Our team is comprised of a combat medical war veteran, practicing PTSD therapist, professional service dog trainer, a veterinarian, and many other supportive volunteers. Our dogs come only from local rescues. Our service dog trainer teaches the dogs and the veterans as a team. The dogs are not pets, they are service dogs with the complete protection and rights granted by the American with Disabilities Act. Combat veteran founded and operated, Semper K9’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for wounded members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families by providing them custom-trained service dogs. Using rescued and donated dogs Semper K9 provides mental health mobility service dogs for psychiatric alert and mobility challenges free of charge to disabled veterans across the country.

It is the mission of Cover Six Canines to assist Veterans and 1st Responders in the securing and training of service dogs at no cost to the Veteran or 1st. Responder.

Warrior Canine Connection is a pioneering organization that utilizes clinically based Canine Connection Therapy to empower returning combat Veterans who have sustained physical and psychological wounds while in service to our country. Based on the concept of Warriors helping Warriors, WCC's therapeutic service dog training program is designed to mitigate symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injuries, while giving recovering Service Members and Veterans a sense of purpose, help in reintegrating back into their families and communities, and a potential career path as a service dog trainer. The program also produces highly skilled Warrior-trained service dogs that will provide years of mobility and social support to Veterans with disabilities.

Guardian HEALS, a nonprofit 501c3 organization, embraces the following mission: Help pet owners who qualify for financial assistance obtain the veterinary care they need for their companion animals. Promote responsible pet ownership, especially among children. Keep people and pets together longer by providing veterinary care for at-risk qualifying groups. Toka's Friends is a non-profit, volunteer run organization that trains service dogs for military veterans suffering from PTSD, TBI and other difficulties. These service dogs are provided at no cost to the veteran.

Assessment and training focused on pairing veterans with shelter dogs to become working teams, meeting each others physical and emotional needs. The veterans are educated and trained on ways to take care of his/her dog to maintain the skills desired in the dog. We also support the veteran and the dog in maintaining a healthy relationship, creating and maintaining the animal/human bond.

Heart of Horse Sense was founded to support quality, professional equine services for Veterans, their families and At-Risk Youth. Our vision is that every veteran and at-risk youth get access to the therapeutic opportunities horses offer.
