Ocean Ecology Network

Ocean Ecology Network is dedicated to marine research and conservation and to providing scientific and technical support to projects studying marine organisms and ecosystems around the world. Our current projects are focused on marine turtle conservation in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the South Pacific, and address a wide variety of issues ranging from nesting beach ecology to the impact of fisheries on marine turtle populations.

Operation Orphan Wildlife Rehabilitation Inc

1. Save and rehabilitate adult and orphaned Wildlife that have been brought to the facility for release to their natural habitat. 2. To act as an advocate for native species among the general public and the Division of Wildlife. 3. To design custom programs to educate the populations about methods to prevent potential problems with wildlife. 4. To provide educational seminars tailored for specific groups about the care of animals wild and domestic.

Bark Avenue Foundation

Bark Avenue Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to empower pet owners and local communities to reduce abandoned animal populations through spay/neuter, pet retention, reclamation and education. Working with communities and non-profit partners, Bark Avenue Foundation provides spay/neuter funding, pet tags, microchips, education and support to pets of families in need in Los Angeles and surrounding counties.

Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue

Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home small breed dogs into permanent loving homes. To evaluate each dog and potential home with the goal of matching each dog to the best possible home. To provide education with regard to the Shih Tzu breed, the importance of responsible pet ownership, and the importance of spaying and neutering to help with the over-population of pets. To work in cooperation with shelters, rescue groups and other national breed rescues to help coordinate our efforts.

Valley Animal Center

The Valley Animal Center is dedicated to controlling the pet population through education and spaying/neutering, not euthanasia. We believe animals, as living creatures, deserve to be protected, respected, and given every consideration morally and ethically. Our mission is to assist with and provide for the health and welfare of the animals that have been abused, mistreated, abandoned, and injured; to promote the bond between animals and people; and to instill an appreciation and respect for all living creatures with whom we share this earth.

Cat AdopTion Service

Cat AdopTion Service is a no-kill, volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and permanent placement of homeless cats and kittens into responsible, loving homes. Our goal is to significantly and positively affect the homeless cat population in the San Diego area by finding homes for domestic cats and kittens. All of our cats are spayed/neutered before adoption. Whenever possible we also trap/spay/release any feral mother of kittens that we take in.

Adopt A Spot Dalmatian Rescue

Adopt A Spot Dalmatian Rescue, Inc. is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of Dalmatians and to help control the animal population by spaying and neutering Dalmatians before they are placed in “forever” homes. They are committed to placing Dalmatians in only permanent homes, where they will receive good, loving and humane treatment. One of their primary goals is to provide the public with education material and presentations about the breed and its needs. They try to assist owners in understanding their Dalmatian so that they do not give their Dalmatian up.

Friends Of Berkeley County Animal Center

Friends of Berkeley County Animal Center is a 501(c)(3) created by volunteers to support the Berkeley Animal Center. The employees and volunteers of the Berkeley Animal Center are passionate about the care and well-being of animals and we are passionate about helping them to provide it. Only by bringing together hardworking volunteers, a caring community, and generous donors are we able to accomplish our goals. We work hard to raise funds, organize events, grow volunteerism, promote public education, and encourage community and business involvement for the benefit of the growing homeless animal population Berkeley County, S.C.

Protectors Of Animals

The mission of Protectors of Animals, Inc. (POA) is to improve the lives of cats and dogs in its communities. Its objectives and goals are to: •Provide shelter and veterinary care to cats and dogs until they can be matched with responsible owners. •Reduce the number of stray animals in Connecticut through spaying/neutering programs. •Increase community awareness of the importance of spaying/neutering, as well as providing information about proper pet care throughout all stages of an animal's life - a critical component to ending animal overpopulation and homelessness. •Humanely reduce the populations of community and feral (unsocialized) cats through the strategy of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).

Giles Animal Rescue

The mission of Giles Animal Rescue is to help homeless, neglected, and abused pets in Giles County Virginia by finding foster or permanent homes, or utilizing one of our network of approved rescue organizations; to assure that our rescued pets are vetted for vaccinations and spay/neuter prior to placement; to help low-income residents to spay/neuter their pets and schedule and arrange transportation to and from vet; to provide traps to neighborhoods that want to control the feral feline population through Trap/Spay/Release, and to use every opportunity to offer education on the importance of spay/neuter, adoption, and other animal welfare-related topics.

4 Paws 4 Rescue

The purpose of 4 Paws 4 Rescue is to make an impact locally and nationally on the euthanasia rate in shelters and address the needs of animals living on the streets. 4 Paws 4 Rescue is a volunteer "all foster home" organization, meaning all rescue animals are provided the warmth and comforts of a home with a foster volunteer until they are adopted. All rescued animals are given excellent vet care including an evaluation exam, up to date vaccinations, spay/neuter and microchip. Many of our companion animals need additional care for various ailments and diseases before they are able to be adopted out. Not only is 4 Paws helping these animals directly, but also helping to control the future pet population by altering all companion animals before adoption

Cats Rule Feline Rescue

Cats Rule Feline Rescue Mission 1 - To help needy, unwanted & feral cats & animals by providing shelter, nourishment, medical care & lots of love. 2 - To find permanent loving homes for adoptable animals & to provide a permanent loving home for those who are not. 3 - To reduce euthanasia in shelters by spreading awareness of companion animal over-population, the importance of spaying & neutering & the plight of feral cats. 4 - To assist with local TNR efforts & respond to requests for assistance with feral cats. 5 - To improve the lives of animals by promoting responsible pet care, & advocating for the welfare & humane care of animals. 6 - To encourage acceptance of all living creatures as special & worthy of respect, protection & care.
