Caring For Creatures Foundation

Caring For Creatures' Mission is to provide a safe & healthy environment in which to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned, neglected, abused, or otherwise homeless dogs and cats; In addition, the sanctuary provides a lifetime home, if necessary, for animals that are elderly, disabled, and/or have a chronic condition requiring specialized care, and;Connect with members of the community to assist with animal-related issues. Lost Dog Rescue Foundation

LDCRF is actively involved in taking in and finding new, loving homes for at risk cats and dogs. In this process, LDCRF ensures that these animals are temperament tested, current on all necessary vaccinations, and either spayed or neutered prior to becoming available for adoption. LDCRF conducts public adoption events at area Petsmarts on weekends. These events are staffed by volunteers who interview prospective adopters, answer questions about the animals, and take advantage of the opportunity to educate the public on the benefits of spaying and neutering; the need to obtain proper veterinary care; and of providing basic training to their pets. They await adoption in foster care and at the kennel facility located in Falls Church. The rescue also has a ranch, home to rescued farm animals.

Mountain House Feral Cat Rescue

Mountain House Feral Cat Rescue proudly serves to help control and maintain the feral cat population of Mountain House, California through the TNR (Trap Neuter Return) process, recognized as the most effective and humane means of dealing with feral cats. MHFCR is a small, all-volunteer, non-profit community rescue with no specific public facilities. Their mission is strictly population control through TNR limited the confines of the Mountain House Master-Planned community boundaries.

House of Misfits Rescue, Inc. was founded on December 17, 2019 by Jen Evans. This passion started as a hobby several years ago by volunteering at a local dog rescue. What started as handling dogs at adoption events quickly escalated into organizing fundraisers and running social media accounts. That's when Billy Came into her life.
