The Santa Cruz SPCA is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. Our organization, and the work that we do, is supported by individual contributions. We do not receive funding from HSUS, ASPCA, nor local, state or federal government entities. Our organization is not affiliated with any other SPCA or humane society.

Our mission is to assure compassionate and humane treatment of all animals in our community.

Founded in Raleigh in 1967, the SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,000 animals through its innovative adoption programs and lost and found efforts. The SPCA's mission is to protect, shelter and promote the adoption of homeless animals; to provide education about responsible pet ownership and to reduce pet overpopulation through spay/neuter programs. The SPCA of Wake County operates two animal shelters: the Curtis Dail Pet Adoption Center focuses on pet adoption and public education, and the Holding Center located in Garner. This facility is used to shelter animals waiting for space at the Curtis Dail Pet Adoption Center. The SPCA also operates the Saving Lives Spay/Neuter Clinic, providing low-cost surgeries to the general public. In July 2010, the SPCA became a no-kill agency working towards a no-kill community.

The mission of the Niagara County SPCA, Inc. is to prevent cruelty to all animals, to help educate the public on the humane treatment of animals and to provide love and care for those companion animals with whom we come in contact.We promote adoption and re-homing for abandoned and unwanted companion animals. We promote humane treatment of all living things and work within the law to respond to and investigate all complaints of cruelty and neglect.The Niagara County SPCA endeavors to eliminate cruelty and over-population. We support the principle that no person has the right to cause pain and suffering to any living creature.

It is the mission of the Virginia Beach Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (VBSPCA) to create a more humane and responsible community by decreasing our tolerance for cruelty while increasing our capacity for compassion.

\u200BFriends with Four Paws is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization formed to rescue animals in Oklahoma from imminent death by having mobile adoption locations and providing foster care for dogs and cats. Founded in 1998, we have matched thousands of dogs and cats with their perfect, forever homes, where they otherwise would have been sent to the Rainbow Bridge.

To reduce the need in our community for the sheltering of companion animals and to provide the highest quality of care and adoptions when sheltering animals is necessary.

Working for the well-being of animals and creating an adoption-focused community in Southwest Michigan. Our vision is that senseless animal euthanasia will be eliminated in Southwest Michigan and all animals will have a loving, caring home.

Our mission is to place rescued cats and kittens into loving homes; to provide a safe, happy, and healthy home for unwanted cats and kittens in a unique, no-cage facility; to prevent pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering; and to educate the public about responsible pet ownership. We serve primarily Tulare, Fresno, and Madera Counties of Central California, with some rescues and adoptions in additional counties.
