Rescue, rehabilitate and find homes for neglected and abused animals.Animal House Shelter is a non-profit, 501(c)3, no kill shelter for all breeds of dogs and cats.Founded in June 2002, AHS takes in and cares for abused, neglected and abandoned animals — especially those scheduled for euthanasia at other shelters. Once rehabilitated and ready, they are carefully matched with prospective adopters and placed in loving homes. Over 23,000 pets have been adopted from Animal House Shelter.Like people, animals have distinct personalities that make them unique. At Animal House Shelter, we are proud to say that the dogs and cats are treated like our own. We care enough to be certain they are treated with the comfort and respect that they deserve and we make every effort to ensure that they go to the right, forever, permanent, loving home.The best possible veterinary care is always given to Animal House Shelter pets and treatment is never declined if it will give the animal a chance for a healthy life. Socializing and keeping our pets happy is also of utmost importance. Dogs are walked 4-5 times daily and cats are housed in a large, whimsical, free-roam habitat All are given loving care and attention by staff and volunteers.

House Rabbit Society

House Rabbit Society, is an international, animal welfare organization with headquarters in Richmond, California. Our mission has two parts: Through our adoption and fostering program, we rescue abandoned rabbits and find permanent adoptive homes; through education, we seek to reduce the number of unwanted rabbits -- and to improve bunnies' lives -- by helping people better understand these often misunderstood companion animals. Since 1988, over 40,000 rabbits have been rescued through House Rabbit Society chapters across the USA. We neuter/spay all incoming rabbits, obtain any necessary veterinary care, and attend to their social needs.

House Rabbit Network

The House Rabbit Network is an organization formed with two primary purposes: To rescue homeless rabbits and find them good indoor homes and also to educate the public about rabbits and their care. These activities may include: providing foster care for discarded domestic rabbits and arranging for adoption to permanent indoor homes; assisting humane societies and shelters with rabbits; providing spay/neuter surgery and veterinary care through arrangements with area practitioners; rehabilitating and socializing mistreated or neglected animals; permanently caring for animals who cannot be placed in adoptive homes due to serious health or behavioral problems; and educating the public on responsible pet ownership and humane practices.

Animal House Project

Animal House Project (d/b/a Chester County Pet Food Pantry) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization on a mission to help companion pets stay at home and out of animal shelters by providing donated pet food and pet care services to pet families in financial need. We service families facing financial crisis in Berks, Chester, and western Montgomery counties. Our Families include returning Military Personnel; retired military veterans; Seniors living on a fixed income; domestic violence and single parent families; Medically challenged families - Cancer; PTSD; Parkinson; MS; ALS; and Alzheimer's Disease. At times, we are the last option for families to keep their companion pets at home.

Animal House Rescue

They saved dogs and cats from local shelters, pounds, owners and where ever else the need is, have them spayed/neutered and current on vaccinations. Then they are in foster homes until their forever home is found. We are located in NE Ohio.
