World Wildlife Fund

WWF's mission is the conservation of nature. Using the best available scientific knowledge and advancing that knowledge where we can, we work to preserve the diversity and abundance of life on Earth and the health of ecological systems by protecting natural areas and wild populations of plants and animals, including endangered species; promoting sustainable approaches to the use of renewable natural resources; and promoting more efficient use of resources and energy and the maximum reduction of pollution. We are committed to reversing the degradation of our planet's natural environment and to building a future in which human needs are met in harmony with nature. We recognize the critical relevance of human numbers, poverty and consumption patterns to meeting these goals.

Cheetah Conservation Fund

CCF's mission is to be the internationally recognized center of excellence in the conservation of cheetahs and their ecosystems. CCF will work with all stakeholders to develop best practices in research, education, and land use to benefit all species, including people.

Humane Society of The United States

The HSUS seeks a humane and sustainable world for all animals; a world that will also benefit people. Our mission statement: Celebrating Animals, Confronting Cruelty.

Impact Stories
Peregrine Fund

The Peregrine Fund's mission is to conserve birds of prey worldwide. The Peregrine Fund is responding to 21st century conservation challenges with a strategic plan based on the conviction of our founders—“we will succeed by using science to inform decisions and by not accepting failure as an option”—so that by the year 2050 we will have helped create a vision of success in which bird of prey populations and their ecosystems thrive; we have enriched the lives of local communities where we work and improved their future; we have earned the reputation and serve as global experts on birds of prey and their conservation; and raptors are valued by all humans. Our strategy stands upon three transformative outcomes: conservation, engagement, and capacity. Conservation will be achieved by preventing raptor extinctions, protecting areas of high raptor conservation value, and addressing landscape-level threats impacting multiple species. Engagement will be reached by inspiring people to value raptors and take action, serving as a catalyst for change, and investing in tomorrow’s conservation leaders. Capacity outcomes are centered on The Peregrine Fund’s capacity to apply our core values, promise, and guiding principles to complex conservation challenges. Capacity will be built by assembling the infrastructure, facilities and people, and raising sufficient funds to execute the actions needed to reach measurable, time-bound goals on an iterative five-year planning cycle.

Tivoli Fund

The Tivoli Fund supports organizations with a focus on improving lives. This fund will split donations evenly between No Dogs Left Behind, One Mission, World Central Kitchen, GLAD, and One Tree Planted. No Dogs Left Behind is a leader in global animal rescue. Through international alliances and local resources, we engage in every step of rescue. From emergency response to dog adoption, No Dogs Left Behind stands by our survivors every step of the way. One Mission programs make living in the hospital less lonely and stressful, bring back joy in a time of fear and uncertainty, and give kids and their loved ones the support they need to get through the emotional and financial challenges of treatment. World Central Kitchen uses the power of food to nourish communities and strengthen economies through times of crisis and beyond. Through strategic litigation, public policy advocacy, and education, GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) works in New England and nationally to create a just society free of discrimination based on gender identity and expression, HIV status, and sexual orientation. Paw Fund

Helping low income and homeless pet owners take care of their companion animals by providing free wellness services, such as spay/neuter and free vaccinations which curbs the spread of contagious diseases and lowers the numbers of unwanted pets in animal shelters; to educate pet owners and the general public about pet wellness and the consequences of pet overpopulation; to nurture the animal/human bond by providing assistance to those who might otherwise have to surrender or euthanize an animal due to lack of resources; to keep animals out of shelters by reducing the population of kittens and puppies and keeping animals with their caretakers; to take in owner surrendered pets and shelter animals for re-homing; to publish educational and informational materials promoting animal welfare.

Shadows Fund

Shadow’s Fund is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to helping the most vulnerable shelter dogs. Senior dogs, dogs labelled as “pit bulls” and dogs with a treatable injury or illness are often passed over for adoption. We help these forgotten dogs find hope and 2nd chances. Our 3 core programs tackle the problem from every angle. Bright Beginnings is aimed at early intervention and prevention. The Take Me Home Project provides direct rescue and rehoming for shelter dogs. And, for those dogs that need a little extra help, the Sheltering Oak Sanctuary provides a safety net and safe haven. Whether out in the community, or at the sanctuary, Shadow’s Fund is always working to promote responsible and humane animal stewardship.

Harmony Fund

The Harmony Fund is on a singular mission to redefine the word impossible.  We have assembled some of the most effective and down-right courageous animal protection programs on the planet with the aim of bringing peace to places once filled with despair.  With the right blend of science and strategy, compassion and courage, we can reach those animals that the world has given up on.
