Further, the Maxfund is committed to the following goals: Develop and implement education programs pertaining to animal care, with emphasis on the importance of spaying and neutering. Richland Area Rescue helps animals in need in the Richland County area of Wisconsin. They are an all-volunteer organization. They are funded by donations and adoption fees. They also are responsible for picking up stray or abandoned animals in the area.
