The Spirit Of Alexandria Foundation

The Spirit of Alexandria Foundation was created to carry on the legacy of Alexandria Bennett, a little girl whose passion for nature and generosity was evident to everyone around her. Through this foundation, it is her family and friends mission to help children experience nature and all its wonderment. The Spirit of Alexandria Foundation will work in cooperation with partners in the places that she loved, both close to home and across the country.

Wildlife Center Of Silicon Valley

The Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley provides high quality care and rehabilitation of injured, sick, and orphaned birds and mammals within Silicon Valley. Our education programs foster a positive coexistence between the general public and wildlife, and through all of our activities we encourage an interest in and concern for wildlife conservation issues. Through the dedication of approximately 150 volunteers, we care for nearly 5,000 birds and mammals from over one hundred species each year.

Birds Of Paradise Sanctuary & Rescue

Our mission is to be a voice for captive exotic birds and to promote unity within the avian community. We work to fulfill our mission by providing a safe haven for abused or unwanted exotic birds (regardless of species, age, special needs or behavior issues), re-socializing and re-homing eligible companion parrots, and providing educational resources to the avian community. We firmly believe (as do many other animal rights and animal welfare organizations) that animals are not ours to exploit for entertainment or profit, and thus, they should not be bred for these purposes. However, we recognize that there is a diverse range of opinions regarding this issue.
