Through Education, research and rescue, Dolphin Research Center promotes peaceful coexistence, cooperation and communication between marine mammals, humans and the environment we share with the well-being of DRC’s animals taking precedence.

Avian Rehabilitation Center (ARC) is a 501(c)(3) avicultural organization providing educational outreach, rescue and rehabilitation (focusing on macaws and other large exotic birds), and grant funding to approved organizations and to owners who are unable to afford the cost of their companion bird’s emergency veterinary care.

The International Wolf Center advances the survival of wolf populations by teaching about wolves, their relationship to wildlands and the human role in their future. Our response to controversies as they arise is to provide information that helps people to make their own informed decisions. We pledge to educate the public by offering the most up-to-date, accurate wolf information possible. We who want knowledge about wolves need clear, thoughtful presentation of the facts and issues involved. That is exactly what the International Wolf Center seeks to provide. The study of wolf survival continues to include the study of human tolerance. It is hard for people to tolerate or to respect what they are raised to fear. The wolf problem is a people problem. We need everyone's help to solve it.

The mission of Wild Salmon Center is to conserve the healthiest wild salmon, steelhead, and trout ecosystems across the North Pacific. We identify the strongest habitat and populations -- what we call "strongholds" for wild fish -- and preemptively protect them for the benefit of the people, wildlife, and jobs that rely on wild salmon to thrive.

Our Mission: To spark curiosity, enhance understanding, and inspire conservation of our Blue Planet.Located within Odiorne Point State Park, Seacoast Science Center provides educational experiences on behalf of New Hampshire State Parks and have been connecting people to the wonders of our coast since 1992. Our live animal exhibits feature the amazing creatures that live in the rapidly changing Gulf of Maine ecosystem. Our engaging programs make learning about the ocean fun for everyone, from pre-K to senior rediscovery. Our hands-on science exhibits motivate families to become caretakers of our Blue Planet.We also operate the Seacoast Science Center Marine Mammal Rescue program, responding to marine mammals along the coast of NH and northern MA.

Founded in 1991, the Southwest Environmental Center (SWEC) works to restore and protect native wildlife and their habitats in the southwestern borderlands through public education, grassroots advocacy and on-the-ground restoration projects. We have 4 staff members (3 full-time and 1 part-time), 2 work studies through NMSU and a large cadre of motivated volunteers.

For 40 years, the Bird Rescue Center’s purpose has been to assist the public in the rescue of injured, orphaned or ill wild birds. We are licensed by State and Federal Fish and Wildlife agencies (Permit #MB7074770) to treat and release these birds back into the wild. The Bird Rescue Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our offices and primary care facilities are located in Santa Rosa, California. Our service area includes the northern San Francisco Bay counties of Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Lake and Mendocino. Over 90% of our operating budget comes from memberships, grants and donations from local businesses and individuals, and 90% of our staffing hours are provided by volunteers. BRC has recently received awards and grants from the City of Santa Rosa and Sonoma County in support of our Education Program and organizational development. We depend on the efforts of our dedicated volunteers, and contributions from caring individuals.

The Alabama Wildlife Center is Alabama’s oldest and largest wildlife rehabilitation facility and annually receives almost 1,800 birds from over 100 different species. AWC is a nonprofit organization whose dual mission is: To provide medical and rehabilitative care for Alabama’s injured and orphaned native birds in order to permit their return to the wild. To educate people in order to heighten awareness, appreciation and conservation of Alabama’s native wildlife. The Center for Wildlife's mission is to build a sustainable future for wildlife and their habitats through medical care and treatment for sick, injured, and orphaned wild animals, research, and environmental education programs for the public. We treat more than 2,200 animals brought to us by the public and connect with more than 15,000 people through our environmental education programs. Over 30 colleges students and young professionals are hosted each year as interns, fellows, and apprentices in our medical clinic and education programs, and we attract over 80 volunteers to assist with direct animal care, education, and fundraising.
