The Connecticut Zoological Society is responsible for the operations of Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport, Connecticut, founded in 1922. The CZS exhibits rare and endangered species primarily from North and South America. Education of the visiting public in the areas of environmental and conservation science and issues is our primary goal. The CZS supports conservation efforts in Connecticut and throughout the world.

Founded in 1998 by leading conservation ecologists, PBI conducts scientific research, training and outreach in ecology, conservation biology, botany and natural resource management, with an emphasis on climate change vulnerability, environmental futures and conservation leadership training. We are especially active in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, and in Argentina, but we have conducted work throughout the Americas.

Conservation Nation is an initiative of Friends of the National Zoo, the registered 501(c)(3) non-profit partner of the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute.

The Philadelphia Zoo, America's first zoo, is dedicated to its mission of conservation, science, education, and recreation. The core purpose is to advance discovery, understanding, and stewardship of the natural world through compelling exhibition and interpretation of living animals and plants. As an educational and recreational resource, the Zoo serves over 1.2 million people every year. It also provides special educational programs for over 560,000 children, teachers, and other adults. With the Zoo's broad reach and diverse constituency, the Zoo's mix of visitors mirrors the diversity of the local community.

The mission of the SeaDoc Society is to ensure the health of marine wildlife and their ecosystems through science and education. We strive to find science-based solutions for marine wildlife in the Salish Sea through a multi-species approach. SeaDoc is a program of the Karen C. Drayer Wildlife Health Center at the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.

HawkWatch International's mission is to conserve the environment through education, long-term monitoring, and scientific research on raptors as indicators of ecosystem health

Audubon Nature Institute operates a family of museums, parks and research facilities on behalf of the City of New Orleans, Louisiana, dedicated to celebrating the wonders of nature. Through innovative live animal exhibits, education programs, and scientific discovery, Audubon makes a meaningful contribution to preserving wildlife for the future. Audubon Nature Institute flagships include Audubon Park, Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, Entergy Giant Screen Theater, Audubon Louisiana Nature Center, Freeport-McMoRan Audubon Species Survival Center, Woldenberg Riverfront Park, Audubon Wilderness Park, and Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium.

About EcoHealth AllianceBuilding on 40 years of innovative science, EcoHealth Alliance (formerly Wildlife Trust) is a non-profit international conservation organization dedicated to protecting wildlife and safeguarding human health from the emergence of disease. The organization develops ways to combat the effects of damaged ecosystems on human and wildlife health. It specializes in saving biodiversity in human-dominated ecosystems where ecological health is most at risk from habitat loss, species imbalance, pollution and other environmentalissues. The Wildcat Sanctuary (TWS) is a 501c3 non-profit, no-kill big cat rescue located in Sandstone, MN. TWS provides a natural sanctuary to wild cats in need and inspires change to end the captive wildlife crisis. TWS is funded solely on private donations. The Sanctuary is a rescue organization and is not open to the public. Combining natural and spacious habitats with a life free of exhibition, TWS allows all residents to live wild at heart. As a true sanctuary, we do not buy, breed, sell or exhibit animals. The Wildcat Sanctuary is accredited by the American Sanctuary Association the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries and a member of Tigers in America sanctuaries.
