All schools teach from a worldview, whether explicitly or tacitly, which helps define life's meaning and purpose. At Master's we teach from a Judea Christian perspective. All areas of curriculum at Master's are developed from this premise with instruction and guidance given from a Christian perspective. Since 1997, Master's Academy and College has been developing its 21st century learning model called, Profound Learning™. The Profound Learning™ model, with its signature of innovation and creativity, elevates the academic performance of all students while simultaneously preparing them to be FUTURE READY. Today, Master's Profound Learning™ model is a reality – students become researchers, engineers and designers of the future by engaging in learning experiences designed to cultivate FUTURE READY skills.
The regular artistic season of La Troupe du Jour includes two shows produced by the company and two other visiting shows from other theatrical companies. La Troupe du Jour offers as well other activities related to the preparation of future plays (public readings, experimental theatre, etc.). La Troupe du Jour facilitates a Writers' circle that gives the chance to writers to exchange ideas and offers dramaturgical development. This Writers' circle aims at developping three different plays over a three year period and at different stages allowing a rotation of plays written and produced locally. Another goal pursued by La Troupe du Jour is to offer theatrical workshops to schools and community members all across Saskatchewan. La Troupe du Jour actively participates to developmental workshops for actors and professionals from all trades related to theatre.

The Canadian Hero Fund is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting Canadian military personnel and their families. The Canadian Hero Fund was founded by a group of students at the University of Toronto who were deeply impacted by the increasing number of Canadian casualties and the young families they left behind. As a non-political civilian charity, the Canadian Hero Fund raises money through community, grassroots efforts. The Canadian Hero Fund also acts as a conduit for all Canadians to show their support and care for military families and their sacrifice. Your donation to the Canadian Hero Fund represents your commitment to the brave men and women of the Canadian Forces, to the families of fallen soldiers, and to the children who have lost their Hero. By giving to the Canadian Hero Fund you can help keep their dreams alive. If you have any questions please contact us at info@herofund.ca or call 1-888-602-3071.
BCF fosters cooperation and goodwill between Bhutan and Canada in several ways: Our main program is a teacher program, in which we work with the Ministry of Education in Bhutan to send qualified teachers to teach in public schools in some of the most rural parts of the country. Since January 2010, BCF has sent a total of 69 teachers to 39 different communities across Bhutan. These teachers have directly impacted the lives of over 10,800 Bhutanese students. We also offer scholarships for Bhutanese youth to complete secondary education in Canada. Finally, as one of the only North American organizations with a permanent presence in Bhutan, we serve as a cultural liaison for many visitors to the country.

The Fraser Valley Youth Society currently operates the only service for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgendered, Queer, Questioning and Allied youth in Abbotsford. Our drop-in hosts 30 youth per week. Our goal is to facilitate a safe, open and non-judgmental space for youth to express themselves. This is achieved through our weekly drop in where youth can come and share experiences, learn life skills, build resiliency skills and gain social supports. The society liaises with local services and those in surrounding communities in order to link our youth with support that goes beyond what we can provide. We participate in the Vancouver Pride Parade every year as well as other events hosted by GLBTQ service providers in Metro Vancouver. We recently celebrated our fourth annual ‘Walk Away from Homophobia’ in Abbotsford. This event was attended by our youth and 160 other community members who take a vested interest in the issues faced by GLBTQ youth. We welcome your support!
