SEE SCHEDULE OTHE BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN ARCHIVES AND CENTER FOR AMERICAN MUSIC CORPORATION (THE "CENTER") WAS ORGANIZED ON NOVEMBER 27, 2017, AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES TO SUPPORT THE ACTIVITIES OF MONMOUTH UNIVERSITY (THE "UNIVERSITY"), AN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION THAT IS TAX EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986. THE CENTER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARCHIVING TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE LEGACY OF BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN AND HIS ROLE IN THE HISTORY OF AMERICAN MUSIC AS WELL AS OTHER FIGURES RELATING TO AMERICAN MUSIC THE AFFILIATE MAY HEREAFTER ACQUIRE OR GAIN ACCESS TO. THE CENTER WILL SEEK TO CREATE ACADEMIC, PERFORMANCE AND EXHIBIT SPACES, ENABLING THE CENTER TO BECOME A MAJOR INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARLY RESOURCE FOR ACADEMIC RESEARCHERS AND MUSIC HISTORIANS.

Promotion of equal rights for women in the entertainment industry. To serve as a repository for information on qualified women in the entertainment industry.

To provide as an independent, non-partisan organization, a permanent and living repository, for the preservation of the history of radio and television broadcasting within the State of Idaho, from inception, to and including, the present; To bring to the community at large a broader knowledge of how pioneers in Idaho Broadcasting created an enormous impact on the evolution of society; To stimulate in people of all ages, especially the young, a recognition of the practical and real contributions to our quality of life that radio and television broadcasting has provided, and continues to provide, to the citizens of Idaho.

Promote and preserve Romanian and related European culture, art, history, literature, philosophy, and music for the diaspora and a resource for others interested in Romanian heritage.
