Out of the Box is committed to lifting the voices of marginalized communities through the stories presented in our space. We stage immersive productions that offer audiences and artists a fresh perspective on classics as well as new works.

Orchestrating Dreams provides high-quality innovative and adaptive education programs that strengthen communities and help individuals develop a lifelong love for music and learning. We guide individuals to realize their full potential by providing music and family education, offering mentorships for teens and adults, and organizing cultural events in the community. Music education has often been a privilege accessible only to the few who could afford private music instruction, Orchestrating Dreams aims to bring equity and access to the communities of Washington Heights, Inwood, and the Bronx. All children deserve access to high quality music education regardless of their zip code, income, age, race, gender, or sexual orientation. In the hands of Orchestrating Dreams, music is a tool that fine tunes thoughts and feelings through healthy practice, gives voice to the voiceless, inspires action, and leads our communities to a more just and peaceful society.

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) amplifies the voice of the LGBT community by empowering real people to share their stories, holding the media accountable for the words and images they present, and helping grassroots organizations communicate effectively. By ensuring that the stories of LGBT people are heard through the media, GLAAD promotes understanding, increases acceptance, and advances equality.

FAME Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to music and art education for children and adults. Throughout the calendar year, FAME Center offers fine arts education through music lessons, digital art and visual art, computer coding classes, musical theater and drama classes, creative writing classes, and music and art therapy for mental health. Our vision is to enrich and nurture the lives of children and adults in underserved communities of Chicago through music and art education.

Our work spans the globe as we assist law enforcement in rescue efforts and help provide aftercare to all those affected. While we prioritize children, we work to empower the liberation of anyone suffering at the hands of those looking to sexually exploit. We offer vital resources to authorities around the world and work tirelessly to raise awareness and meet survivors on their healing journey. Our resolve never falters, and we will boldly persevere until those in need are safe.

Humanities at its best - in a free, thought-provoking environment. Explore history through the eyes of people who lived it. Modern-day Chautauqua brings together scholars portraying an historical character through that character's own words and writings and includes interactive audience participation through Question and Answer segments and workshops designed to further explore the historical character and their times.

Inclusive Arts Vermont uses the magic of the arts to engage the capabilities and enhance the confidence of children and adults with disabilities.

SAY: The Stuttering Association for the Young is a national non-profit organization that empowers, educates, and supports young people who stutter and the world that surrounds them.

The Hip Hop Museum's mission is to teach, engage and inspire audiences around the world through the creativity and power of Hip Hop Culture. The THHM carries out its mission by giving voice to the stories of the people, events and artifacts that shaped the five elements of Hip Hop — through digital collections, virtual exhibits, interviews, pop-up experiences, award shows, and a wide array of innovative educational programs and activities, bringing new understanding, fresh interpretation and scholarship to the world's most popular culture of our time.

Step Up is a mentorship nonprofit providing the structure for girls (and those who identify with girlhood) to define their ideal destination and get there -- wherever that destination may be. Through Step Up, girls experience more than just mentorship. They'll find community, feel empowered to expand their horizons, and develop the skills they need to navigate life’s path with confidence. THE CROODS, DESPICABLE ME, THE LORAX… Ask any child to name their favorite movie and one of these titles might pop up. There’s nothing like seeing a child’s face light up as the previews end and the movie that he/she has been anticipating for weeks is finally about to begin! But what about the children who are battling life-threatening illnesses who are unable to visit a movie theater? LOLLIPOP makes it possible for hospitalized children around the nation to see the season’s biggest blockbuster movies* at the same time as their friends and siblings. Our desire is to create a fun escape from the daily reality of the illnesses and medical treatments these children face. And in the process, LOLLIPOP hopes to deliver a “normal” experience for the entire family. We believe hope and laughter are the key ingredients in having the strength to fight and to cope with hospitalization. Most of these pediatric patients – ranging in age from 2-20 years – are normally deprived of the movie-going experience, as they are unable to leave the hospital for weeks or months on end, if ever. Since LOLLIPOP’s first screening in 2002, we have screened over 300 films and now reach hospitalized children in over 18 states nationwide. In 2005, we expanded the program to include other entertainment mediums like TV movies, shows, and our Rhythm of Hope® music program, as well as collaborations with other organizations to provide movie-themed arts and crafts pre-show activities.

Save The Music Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps kids, schools, and communities realize their full potential through the power of making music. Founded in 1997, Save The Music partners with school districts and raises funds to restore music programs in public schools. Since inception, we have donated over $56 million worth of new musical instruments to over 2,100 U.S. schools in 261 school districts around the country– impacting the lives of millions of students.
