America SCORES Bay Area (SCORES) is the local affiliate of the national organization, America SCORES, that strengthens communities and empowers youth through soccer, voice, and service. SCORES addresses health and educational disparities in underserved public school communities in San Francisco, Hayward, San Rafael, and Oakland by providing 1,600 students with access to programs that help students to establish a lifelong enthusiasm for learning through team-based soccer, literary arts, and civic engagement activities. Now in its 19th year of service in the Bay Area, SCORES offers programs at 72 under-served public elementary and middle school communities and through deep partnerships with area School Districts, Recreation and Parks Departments, and community-based organizations.

Lutheran Services in America (LSA) champions Lutheran social ministry by building valuable connections, amplifying our voices and empowering our members in their mission to answer God's call to love and serve our neighbor. LSA envisions a network of connected, strong and thriving Lutheran social ministries that transform the lives of people and communities.

The Polish Museum of America, the crown jewel of the Polish-American community in Chicago and one of the nation's first ethnic museums, collects, preserves, interprets and promotes materials, artifacts and history that chronicle Polish history and the Polish-American experience. The Museum also houses a Library and extensive Archives, which are routinely used by historians, researchers, students and genealogists.

The Aquatic Capital of America Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was formed in 2008 to promote the myriad of aquatic activities offered in Long Beach, California; to recognize, honor and support the City of Long Beach and its aquatic athletes, coaches, and organizations; and to promote water safety and education. The Foundation also supports community and regional efforts to cleanse local waterways as well as to increase the number of local aquatic facilities.

AICF is one of the most significant funders of annual scholarships and fellowships to gifted Israeli students in all the various art fields including: music, the visual and design arts, film and television, dance, theater and architecture.

The business of music is tough, and it’s only gotten tougher. Changes in the music industry have left many behind including underground legends, session players, and even the big names themselves. When age, illness, or disaster threatens a long career, many have nowhere to turn. These musicians have been saving us with their music our entire lives. These are dignified people who never think to ask for help. Their lifesaving programs turn despair into hope.

Educate and Promote the Public Interest in Preserving the History and Legacy of America's First Black United States Marines.

MOCA’s mission as an educational and cultural institution is to present and preserve the range of living history, heritage, culture, and experiences of Chinese Americans through exhibitions, educational services, public programs, and archival work. It began in 1980 as a grassroots effort with a team of students, community activists and historians to preserve the history of New York City’s Chinatown. The museum has since grown to be a leading cultural institution for the history of the Chinese in America and is recognized as one of 20 national institutions as America’s Cultural Treasures.

Create opportunities for imbibing Hindu Values, Hindu Scriptures and Hindu Heritage through Bal Vihars, Camps, Family Retreats, Hindu Community Centers and Educational Institutions. Sampark – Network Establish Worldwide Contacts with Hindus institutions, temples and people through projects and programs focusing on Hindu interests. Bridge communities and people of all faith. Hip Hop Public Health creates research-based educational resources by harnessing the power of music and culture to improve health in communities that are underserved. Our vision is to achieve universal health literacy and health equity.
