Boston Young Black Professionals (YBP) was founded in August 2012 with the intent of bringing together young, black professionals for networking, fellowship, and community.

Dallas Black Dance Theatre's mission is to create and produce contemporary modern dance at its highest level of artistic excellence.

Our mission is to increase representation and opportunities for Black professionals and businesses in the Film, Television, Gaming and Digital Production industries, both in front of and behind the camera. We are a proactive advocacy group dedicated to advocating for policy reforms aimed at advancing the welfare of our community. Our primary goals include pursuing comprehensive data collection and transparency metrics related to diversity within our industry, alongside our commitment to fostering education and empowerment within our workforce.

We formed BMAC in 2020 to create a unified force of action for racial equity and justice within the music industry and to use the power of our collective voice to improve communities and drive systemic change. NCAAHPERD-SM's mission is to promote and support creative and healthy lifestyles through high quality programs in health, physical education, recreation, dance and sport, and to provide members with professional development opportunities that increase knowledge, improve skills, and encourage sound professional practices.

TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF BLACKS IN MANAGEMENT POSITIONS, TO ENCOURAGE AND EDUCATE YOUNG BLACKS INTERESTED IN PURSUING A JOURNALISM CAREER, AND TO MONITOR AND SENSITIZE ALL MEDIA TO RACISM.
