The mission of the Public Corporation for the Arts, dba Arts Council for Long Beach (ACLB) is to foster excellence in the creation and presentation of arts and cultural endeavors by supporting arts and cultural organizations and individual artists. Founded in 1976, ACLB provides access for families, children, and the community to a broad spectrum of creative expressions and cultural experiences by building strategic partnerships and programs that weave arts and culture into the fabric of our community.

The Craft and Folk Art Museum (CAFAM) challenges established ideas about craft and folk art and engages people though its diverse exhibitions and programs. The Craft & Folk Art Museum (CAFAM) is an invaluable contributor to Los Angeles culture, exhibiting current artists with intriguing perspectives and distinctive practices. CAFAM offers consistently unexpected exhibitions of work that takes traditional techniques in new, often surprising directions. The museum is a place to see art and make art – all under one roof. Tying into exhibitions, CAFAM coordinates a robust roster of hands-on workshops led by professional artists and instructors. The intimate, atypical museum space and independent spirit at CAFAM combine to create an atmosphere of excitement and delight, where people in Los Angeles deepen their relationships to art, creativity and one another.

THE MISSION OF THE CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS IS TO ENGAGE AND INSPIRE THE CENTRAL INDIANA COMMUNITY THROUGH ENRICHING ARTS EXPERIENCES.

Bridging Voices, or Portland GSA Youth Chorus, believes that bridges are better than walls. It is a non-audition chorus (meaning no one is cut) and it creates a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ youth and straight allies, ages 13 - 22, to develop their authentic voices through music. For some, it will be the first time they are comfortable being themselves.

The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is the nation’s leading voice for dignity and fairness for the millions of domestic workers in the United States, most of whom are women. Founded in 2007, NDWA works for the respect, recognition, and inclusion in labor protections for domestic workers. The national alliance is powered by 42 affiliate organizations—plus our first local chapter in Atlanta—of over 10,000 nannies, housekeepers, and caregivers for the elderly in 26 cities and 18 states.

Our organization supports, educates, and performs classical chamber music in places across the globe that need hope the most, including nursing homes, hospitals, shelters, and schools.

To Preserve, Protect, and Display the unique history of the Tri-Community which includes the City of Belleville, and the Townships of Sumpter, and Van Buren.

TO ENTERTAIN, EDUCATE AND INSPIRE A DIVERSE AND EXPANDING REGIONAL AUDIENCES IN THE ARTS, SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES

The Symphony of the Potomac is a community-based, primarily volunteer orchestra in Montgomery County, Maryland, under the direction of Maestro Joel Lazar. The orchestra provides Montgomery County and the Greater Washington DC area with the opportunity to enjoy symphonic music at a reasonable price. We foster an appreciation of orchestral and other instrumental music and provide music education for both youth and adults. Our regular concert season takes place at the Cultural Arts Center in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.
