The American Bookbinders Museum is the only museum of its kind in North America, celebrating and exploring the culture and tools of bookbinders and bookbinding from its earliest forms through the changes and innovations of the industrial revolution. In addition to the craft and artistry of binding, we focus on the stories of the men, women, and children who worked in binderies.

The mission of the American Lighthouse Foundation is to save and preserve our nation’s historic light stations and their rich heritage. ALF has invested over $3.25 million dollars in lighthouse restoration. TO COLLECT AND PRESERVE FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS MEMORABILIA AND WRITTEN AND ORAL RECORDS OF THE PATRIOTIC CONTRIBUTIONS OF JEWISH AMERICANS WHO SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES - UTILIZING THE MUSEUM'S COLLECTIONS FOR EXHIBITIONS, PUBLICATIONS, AND PROGRAMS.
