Musicians Foundation is formed to foster the interests and advance the condition and social welfare of professional musicians and to provide voluntary aid and assistance to professional musicians and their families in case of need. (Est. 1914)

The NPR Foundation was founded with the purpose of raising charitable contributions for the benefit of NPR, disbursing funds to NPR for the operation, promotion, development, capital expansion, and other valid purposes of NPR, and conducting fundraising efforts and engaging in related activities for the benefit of NPR

The HP Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting bereaved parents by providing support and resources to aid in the healing process. They seek to compassionately lift the financial burden from families who have lost a child by providing funds to assist with the cost of burial or cremation services. They recognize when a child dies the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated. The HP Foundation provides highly personal comfort, hope, and support to a family experiencing the death of a child. They go a step beyond and provide educational workshops in the area of life insurance and how to find affordable insurance to meet the family needs.

The Foundation is the non-profit part of the Fledge. It is the social entrepreneurs who put compassion for all life and protection of our environment ahead of financial bottom lines. It supports a holistic view of life where we build our own solutions to our own unique problems, causes and environments.

The Choralis Foundation was founded by Artistic Director Gretchen Kuhrmann in 2000 to nurture a passion for choral music by offering excellence in choral performance, educational outreach, and professional development opportunities. The organization sponsors two auditioned ensembles, offers education programs for both youth and adults, and is the creator and long-time sponsor of the Greater DC Area Choral Excellence (Ovation) Awards, which recognize excellence in the field of choral music across Metro DC. Choralis also sponsors an annual Young Artist Competition to support emerging vocal soloists, and offers a Conducting Fellowship to assist young conductors with broadening their experience.

The core ideas that underpin the mission of Ujyalo Foundation are: Innovation, Gender Inclusive Leadership, and Social Enterprise. Based on these core ideas, Ujyalo Foundation's mission is "to empower communities through technologies, innovation, social enterprise, and gender inclusive leadership, collaboratively locally and globally". We strongly believe that the best way to create sustainable development in any community is by investing in its young women. With initiatives like EmpowHER, and Women Leadership Summit, we provide safe platforms for young women to enhance their leadership skills, explore their unique selves as leaders in their communities, and develop their ideas into potential livelihood opportunities in Nepal. These programs give women a safe space to learn and lead without any social stigma or fear of discrimination. After going through our programs, our women have become confident, independent leading their ideas in different capacities, and creating their own strong collectives of young women. After leading these initiatives for two years and working with 1600 young women, we have discovered just how much such an effort can contribute in the advancement of young women and their causes, especially in a society driven by patriarchy. We want young women in Nepal to believe that a space where young women can lead fearlessly on the basis of their merit and idea, not their gender is possible. Our vision is to create a world where young women can live, learn and lead without any prejudice and discrimination, and have men as the champions to promote women safety and leadership.
