The Freedom Theatre is developing a vibrant and creative artistic community in the northern part of the West Bank. While emphasising professionalism and innovation, the aim of the theatre is also to empower youth and women in the community and to explore the potential of arts as an important catalyst for social change. Through its work, The Freedom Theatre aims to: - Raise the quality of performing arts and cinema in the area. - Offer a space in which children and youth can act, create and express themselves freely, imagining new realities and challenging existing social and cultural barriers. - Empower the young generation to use the arts to promote positive change in their community. - Break the cultural isolation that separates Jenin from the wider Palestinian and global communities.
The mission of Freedom Sings USA is to help veterans, active duty military and their families throughout the country reach emotional balance by telling their stories through the creative process of songwriting. Songwriting, along with peer support, helps provide veterans and their families the tools necessary to cope with trauma or readjustment from military service. Our mission is to also promote public support, education and appreciation for the sacrifice the veterans and their families make serving our country through the hearing of their stories as told through song.

The mission of the African American Civil War Museum is to correct a great wrong in history that largely ignored the enormous contributions of the 209,145 members of the United States Colored Troops. It tells the stories and preserves for posterity the historic roles these brave men of African, European, and Hispanic descent played in ending slavery and keeping America united under one flag. The Museum uses a rich collection of artifacts, documents, primary sources and technology to create a meaningful learning experience for families, students, Civil War enthusiasts and historians about the period from the American Civil War to Civil Rights and beyond.
