RIMOSA's mission is to utilize Rhode Islands’ rich resources in the arts and sciences to create a distinctive, highly interactive, informal learning center. Our goal is to kindle curiosity, encourage experimentation, and improve understanding of the world around us by merging art and science to create innovative, interactive exhibits and programs. Our target age is 8 and up.

The Connecticut Audubon Society

The Connecticut Audubon Society conserves Connecticut’s environment through science-based education and advocacy focused on the state’s bird populations and habitats. Founded in 1898, the Connecticut Audubon Society operates nature facilities in Fairfield, Milford, Glastonbury, Pomfret, Hampton, and Sherman, a center in Old Lyme, and an EcoTravel office in Essex. Connecticut Audubon manages 20 wildlife sanctuaries encompassing almost 3,300 acres of open space in Connecticut, and educates over 200,000 children and adults annually. Connecticut Audubon is an independent organization, not affiliated with any national or governmental group. Connecticut Audubon Society’s scientists, educators, citizen scientists, and volunteers work to preserve birds and their environments in Connecticut. Our work includes sanctuary management, advocacy, environmental education and activities at our centers, scientific studies, and our annual Connecticut State of the Birds report.

Adler Planetarium

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts

The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is a state agency and a privately endowed educational institution created for the citizens of Virginia. Its purpose is to collect, preserve, exhibit, and interpret the art of world cultures from all periods of history, to encourage the study of the arts, and to enrich lives. The VMFA Foundation exists solely to support the activities of VMFA and to manage assets held in trust. Support includes transfers to the museum and direct expenditures to further VMFA's mission.

Pan Am Museum Foundation

The Mission Statement of the Pan Am Museum Foundation, “to educate, celebrate,and inspire present and future generations by preserving historical and diverse personal stories of Pan American World Airways,” shows its commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and equity. The Pan Am Museum Foundation was formed in August of 2015 as a not-for-profit registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving Pan Am's legacy. The Museum opened to the public in 2016 in Garden City, New York.
