Old Cowtown Museum is an educational institution dedicated to preserving and presenting the history of Wichita from 1865 to 1880. The sole mission of Historic Wichita Cowtown Inc. is to support the museum.

Provide and promote diverse visual arts experiences for people of all ages and backgrounds through exhibition, education, creation, and collaboration; and preserve the Museum's permanent collection as an artistic legacy of the California Central Coast.

The mission of Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal is to inspire people of all ages to learn more about our world through science; regional history; and educational, engaging and meaningful experiences. We support the development of children and their families; collect and preserve materials; and advance and share knowledge through ongoing research and creation of exhibits. The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts is a state agency and a privately endowed educational institution created for the citizens of Virginia. Its purpose is to collect, preserve, exhibit, and interpret the art of world cultures from all periods of history, to encourage the study of the arts, and to enrich lives. The VMFA Foundation exists solely to support the activities of VMFA and to manage assets held in trust. Support includes transfers to the museum and direct expenditures to further VMFA's mission.
