The mission of Cornucopia Arts Council shall be to promote awareness of, and appreciation for the visual and performing arts and culture in the small, rural communities of Halfway and Richland in eastern Baker County, Oregon. Major projects include the Clear Creek Music Festival, a two-week classical music event each July, and PineFest, an eclectic two-day outdoor celebration with bands from across the Northwest, each September.
