Save The Music Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps kids, schools, and communities realize their full potential through the power of making music. Founded in 1997, Save The Music partners with school districts and raises funds to restore music programs in public schools. Since inception, we have donated over $56 million worth of new musical instruments to over 2,100 U.S. schools in 261 school districts around the country– impacting the lives of millions of students. The Brooklyn Youth Music Project is a community based non-profit organization dedicated to extending the reach of musical training to all young musicians ages 5 to 18 in the Brooklyn community and beyond, to supporting the development of lifelong learners and to contributing to a culture of youth musicianship that meets the highest standards of excellence. We are a stand-alone youth organization, not affiliated with a professional orchestra. Our organization is dedicated to extending the reach of musical training to all young musicians in the Brooklyn community and beyond, to supporting the development of life-long learners and to contributing to a culture of youth musicianship that meets the highest standards of excellence. We are the only program in Brooklyn to offer three levels in orchestra and two levels of Jazz ensemble. These different programs for different skill levels, coupled with our low tuition and need-based scholarships, allow us to include a great diversity of young musicians. Such a range allows students to develop their individual skills as performers as well as their sensitivity and responsiveness as collaborators. This in turn fosters the growth of the ensemble as a whole. BYMP has rapidly grown from a 25-member string orchestra to a multi-tiered program reaching over 200 children annually, largely from public schools. This vigorous growth attests to a need in the Brooklyn youth music community that we are proud to fill.

Orchestrating Dreams provides high-quality innovative and adaptive education programs that strengthen communities and help individuals develop a lifelong love for music and learning. We guide individuals to realize their full potential by providing music and family education, offering mentorships for teens and adults, and organizing cultural events in the community. Music education has often been a privilege accessible only to the few who could afford private music instruction, Orchestrating Dreams aims to bring equity and access to the communities of Washington Heights, Inwood, and the Bronx. All children deserve access to high quality music education regardless of their zip code, income, age, race, gender, or sexual orientation. In the hands of Orchestrating Dreams, music is a tool that fine tunes thoughts and feelings through healthy practice, gives voice to the voiceless, inspires action, and leads our communities to a more just and peaceful society.

Mama Foundation for the Arts’ mission is to make a joyful noise, to uplift the Black musical treasures of Gospel, jazz and R&B, and to heal and inspire through the power of collective music-making.

Maestra Music, Inc. is a 501(c)3 organization based in New York that provides support, visibility, and community to the women and nonbinary people who make the music in the musical theater industry. Maestra envisions a world in which women and nonbinary people have equitable access, visibility, and creative impact in the musical theater industry. In this future, at least half of all music-related theater jobs and leadership roles are filled by qualified women and nonbinary musicians, decidedly inclusive of people of color. These musicians are historically and consistently under-represented in musical theatre. By delivering on our mission, we will be a catalyst and driving force to help achieve gender equity in our business.

Bay Street Theater & the Sag Harbor Center for The Arts is a year-round, not-for-profit professional theater and community cultural center which endeavors to innovate, educate, and entertain a diverse community through the practice of the performing arts. We serve as a social and cultural gathering place, an educational resource, and a home for a community of artists.

ENCORE is a non-profit educational theatre company that seeks to build community and transform lives by providing high quality, intensive musical and non-musical theatre training, as well as theatrical performances of all kinds in the South Bay and Los Angeles Harbor areas.
