The mission of the New York Philharmonic is to support, maintain, and operate an internationally pre-eminent symphony orchestra in New York; to maintain and foster an interest in and enjoyment of music; to encourage the composition of symphonic music; and to instill in its community, and the nation at large, an interest in symphonic music by providing local concerts, domestic and international tours, education programs, media broadcasts, and recordings.

Settlement Music School's mission is to provide children and adults in the Philadelphia region with high quality instruction and activity in music and the related arts. Philippine Chamber Singers Los Angeles was founded in 2004 to promote preservation and education of Filipino choral traditions for the Filipino and Filipino-American communities. Our singers, choral conductors and choral clinicians volunteer their time to hold choral concerts and workshops in So. CA and throughout United States. PCSLA also offers music education and promotes multi-cultural diversity. We offer a different perspective on Philippine History and culture through the use of Filipino music and choral singing.

The International Voices Project (IVP) champions the work of global playwrights by creating opportunities to experience new and contemporary international plays on Chicago stages. IVP debuts voices from the world's stages through commissions, translations, and production. A 501c3, Warriors For Peace Theatre’s (WFPT) mission is to provide catharsis, PTSD and suicide prevention treatment, and reintegration for veterans by way of the theatre arts. Our purpose is to not only help those who have served but to build bridges between communities, support disenfranchised groups, promote diversity, empower women, narrow the civil-military divide, and foster peace among nations. Dandelion Dancetheater is situated at the crossroads of dance, theater, music, community activism, healing, and new performance forms. The company is committed to the individual and intersecting artistic visions of Kimiko Guthrie and Eric Kupers. Our work is built from a fascination with interdisciplinary experimentation, in-depth collaboration, vulnerability, risk-taking, and the truths that come from looking at the world from an “outsider” perspective. We view the exploration of the endless possibilities of the human body as a potent means for personal and collective growth and share this exploration with diverse populations through performance, teaching, speaking, community events, video, and writing. As an organization, Dandelion Dancetheater is a launching pad and creative home for several ongoing, in-depth projects. Most projects involve multiple branches of Dandelion, and so stretch across categories.
