The Guitar Center Music Foundation believes that music participation is an essential element in the fabric of an enduring society. The organization aims to keep music education alive and available in our nation’s schools and communities. Founded in 2005, this public charity has reached over 300,000 people through its grants of instruments to music education programs. These grant recipients, which give more people the opportunity to make music, include school music classrooms and community-based organizations. Guitar Center Music Foundation was formerly known as Fender Music Foundation.

Founded in New York City in 1966, the mission of the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation is to cultivate, promote and encourage understanding of and public interest in the arts through performances of the choreographic work of Paul Taylor. In 2014, the Foundation expanded its mission with the launch of Paul Taylor American Modern Dance, building upon the past to transform the Foundation into an institutional center for American modern dance. Mission: To become a place where the upcoming generation of contemporary choreographers is nurtured and showcased, where the masterwork of the genre's great pioneers is preserved and presented, and where the American modern dance idiom is presented to large audiences to be experienced and celebrated.

The mission of the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation is to further the pioneering work of Alvin Ailey by establishing an extended cultural community which provides dance performances, training, and community programs for all people. We are dedicated to Make History Live for audiences across America by performing music of America's Civil War era on antique brass band instruments, and to preserve the musical heritage of that period by collecting and restoring those instruments.
