Filmmakers Collaborative

Filmmakers Collaborative (FC) encourages and supports the making of great films and media projects by people of all ages and experience levels. We offer grants management, mentoring and workshops to a diverse and national community that includes award-winning PBS documentarians, first-time producers and directors, and young people just discovering the power and potential of visual media.

A team of volunteers, trained specialists, and professionals each with essential expertise (history, aviation, diving, navigation), who are dedicated to locating and assisting with identifying American prisoners of war and missing in action from World War Two and other conflicts around the globe. WWOZ

WWOZ is dedicated to bringing New Orleans and Louisiana music to the world. We support our local musicians and musical culture by broadcasting music from New Orleans and the surrounding regions to local, national and international audiences. We are constantly striving to find new ways to support live music, musicians, music education, the dissemination of cultural news, and the local music industry.

Youth Radio

Through the highest quality media production, Youth Radio equips the next generation with skills and support that lead to jobs and education. Partnering 14-24 year-olds with industry leaders, Youth Radio produces digital media and Peabody-award winning journalism that is distributed nationally. Through hands-on work experience, support services, and a creative outlet, Youth Radio prepares young people for employment and ultimately transforms lives.

Critical Review Foundation Inc

The Critical Review Foundation is a nonprofit educational foundation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-exempt, much needed, and much appreciated. Sales and subscriptions pay for only 25 percent of our budget; the remainder comes from the donations of those who share our ideals. To support scholarly inquiry into the effects of modern institutions, such as capitalism and the nation-state, on human well-being, please send contributions in any amount to the address at the bottom of this form.

Women Make Movies

Women Make Movies is a 501(c)(3) non-profit media arts service organization established in 1972 to address the under representation and misrepresentation of women in the media industry. Since then, organizational growth and ground-breaking programs have made Women Make Movies the leading distributor of women’s films and videotapes worldwide.WMM carries out its unique mission through an internationally recognized Distribution Service and a Production Assistance Program that helps women film/video directors in all stages of production by offering educational and professional development assistance. Close Up Foundation

The Close Up Foundation brings citizens from throughout the nation and around the world to Washington, D.C., for a firsthand look at the federal government and the development of public policy. Democracy Now! is a national, daily, independent, award-winning news program hosted by journalists Amy Goodman and Juan Gonzalez.
