Founded in 2011, The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival (AoBFF) is the only independent film festival in the world exclusively devoted to work that emerges from the vibrant and diverse Brooklyn scene. We also produce Brooklyn On Demand, the only streaming platform dedicated to showcase Brooklyn-centric film and media for free to a worldwide audience.

BRIC presents contemporary art, performing arts and community media programs that reflect Brooklyn’s creativity and diversity. BRIC also provides resources to launch, nurture and showcase artists and media makers. We advance access to and understanding of arts and media by presenting free and low-cost programming, and by offering education and other public programs to people of all ages.

StoryCorps’ mission is to preserve and share humanity’s stories to build connections between people and create a more just and compassionate world. We do this to remind one another of our shared humanity, to strengthen and build connections between people, to teach the value of listening, and to weave into the fabric of our culture the understanding that everyone’s story matters. At the same time we are creating an invaluable archive for future generations.

The mission of c3 is to utilize the power of media, arts and story to add in the evolution of humanity on a personal, social and global level. We work to create a better future by supporting and empowering the creative community through education in media tech literacy, and also support the creation and presentation of transformational content in all media platforms, including traditional and emerging media technologies such as fulldome, VR, AR, etc.

The Sapling Foundation is an organization that owns the TED global conference. It was founded by Chris Anderson in 1996. The organization describes its purpose as follows.  The goal of the foundation is to foster the spread of great ideas. It aims to provide a platform for the world's smartest thinkers, greatest visionaries and most-inspiring teachers, so that millions of people can gain a better understanding of the biggest issues faced by the world, and a desire to help create a better future.

Bay City News Foundation serves the San Francisco Bay Area and is backed by charitable donations from contributors who care about local news, a free press, democratic values and an informed citizenry. We target geographic and topical news deserts. We collaborate with other media. We experiment with technology. We work with journalism schools to train the next generation of reporters

To sponsor and produce innovative theater, digital video and films, youth development programs and other live or online events that address health, political and socio-economic issues affecting historically under-served individuals, at risk populations, cultures, minorities, youth and communities. Through performance, community outreach, artistic and cultural programming, we build and strengthen communities, develop future leaders, promote human development and create opportunities for youth and adult artists of all disciplines .

KALW is on a mission to inspire audiences and tell the human story in all its breadth and richness. Justice, equity, and community creation are at the heart of everything KALW does. Democracy Now! is a national, daily, independent, award-winning news program hosted by journalists Amy Goodman and Juan Gonzalez. Pioneering the largest public media collaboration in the U.S., Democracy Now! is broadcast on Pacifica, NPR, community, and college radio stations; on public access, PBS, satellite television (DISH network: Free Speech TV ch. 9415 and Link TV ch. 9410; DIRECTV: Free Speech TV ch. 348 and Link TV ch. 375); and on the internet. DN!’s podcast is one of the most popular on the web. Democracy Now!’s War and Peace Report provides our audience with access to people and perspectives rarely heard in the U.S.corporate-sponsored media, including independent and international journalists, ordinary people from around the world who are directly affected by U.S. foreign policy, grassroots leaders and peace activists, artists, academics and independent analysts. In addition, Democracy Now! hosts real debates–debates between people who substantially disagree, such as between the White House or the Pentagon spokespeople on the one hand, and grassroots activists on the other.

To serve as the global repository of historical documents, artifacts, film, and books related to the development of the PR profession. Just as important, we teach students the role of PR in shaping culture, politics and business throughout history. As the world's only such archive for PR materials, we host hundreds of students and scholars from around the world each year. We also produce free events for students showcasing the role of women and minorities in our history-- individuals left out of the textbooks.

Our mission is to connect the rich literary traditions and resources of Greater Boston, building relationships among its artists and authors, by empowering, enabling, and amplifying the voices of unheard and underserved populations through free collaborative workshops, public readings, literary journals, video publications, and public exhibits that showcase their work and encourage personal reflection and re-vision, by both author and audience, while sharing their stories with the world. Our workshops are intended to expand access to literary arts for everyone, including those marginalized, stigmatized, or isolated by the challenges of addiction recovery, disability, trauma, sickness, injury, poverty, and mental illness.

Today, in 1,000 cities, villages and neighborhoods in 65 countries, Green Maps are guiding millions to make climate-smart everyday decisions that promote the uniqueness of home and protect the species that share it with us. Working collaboratively since 1995, we expand the demand for healthier, more vibrant communities with our adaptable mapmaking tools and universal icons, multi-lingual participatory websites, workshops and regional hubs. Transforming local information into global interaction, our interactive Open Green Map platform invites the public to enhance the maps as well as explore them.
