Friends of Be an Angel provides funding for humanitarian aid & evacuations. Its mission is to support Ukrainian refugee and rescue efforts implemented by the German & Moldovan NGO Be An Angel in partnership with other humanitarian groups including Women’s Movement for the Future. Together, we evacuate Ukrainians, especially the vulnerable--children, elderly, disabled & seriously ill. The partnership also delivers direct aid to Ukraine including food, clean water, medical equipment, supplies and medications, clothing, blankets and more--all the way to the front lines. Friends of Be an Angel was set up to give American individuals, foundations & companies the opportunity to support this extraordinary rescue and aid work on the ground in Ukraine during the Russian-led war and occupation.

From Books to Brilliance provides access to books and educational materials in impoverished communities. Countless children in our world grow up with no books. In Nicaragua and Guatemala, many of the rural poor live on less than one dollar a day. Without access to basic services such as potable water and sanitation, families struggle just to survive each day. Books are rarely found. At the local schools, teachers plan lessons and instruct with no textbooks. Children fortunate enough to attend school learn to read from words written on the blackboard, but without books cannot read to learn. Few children reach their intellectual potential. We believe that in creating access to books and information, a better future becomes possible for citizens living in abject poverty.

IsraAID (Global) is a non-governmental, international humanitarian aid organization based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Its mission is to support people affected by humanitarian crisis including natural disasters, post-conflict situations, and health epidemics. IsraAID partners with local communities around the world to provide urgent aid, assist in recovery, and build a more resilient future. This includes for such purposes to provide financial material moral and spiritual support primarily to the members of the Compassionate Franciscan Sisters of the Poor Inc. CFSOP and to other missionaries in their ministries which exist to defend provide for and promote the dignity of the poor the unborn and all human life and the administering of homes and centers to provide essential basic human care evangelization education and Christian works of mercy to abandoned and neglected women children the elderly street children and orphans and the destitute poor.

Village of Hope Where God Transforms Children of War Into Children of Hope Compelled by a God-centered heart for orphans, Village of Hope (VOH) rescues the lives of former child soldiers, sex slaves and their younger siblings orphaned by war. VOH provides a safe haven for healing and hope for a future. This is accomplished by our feeding ministry in Gulu’s IDP camps providing food, education & counseling. Residential Villages of Hope provide physical & spiritual support, medical services, a loving home, life skills, onsite schools & vocational training, and solutions to epidemic poverty and hopelessness among Africa’s most vulnerable children. Our approach is designed to prepare and inspire VOH young men and women to become productive citizens, ethical leaders, and beacons for Christ within their communities and country.

Franciscan Works is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for the poorest of poor children in developing countries through education rooted in Gospel values in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi. We develop the individual potential of children living in poverty so that they can live as God intended, making full use of their talents and abilities for the common benefit, in communion with God, nature and all humankind. Liberia Mission, Inc., located in West Africa, is the primary project of Franciscan Works. Liberia Mission is a community of love, learning, work and prayer. Here, children who were poor or orphaned - survivors of Liberia's long and brutal civil war - are learning to become future leaders in their families, communities, and country. We believe in "empowering the children of Liberia through faith and education."

Harvest Children’s Home (HCH) is a real home for 50-70 orphaned children. They sing, play, dream and hope, but 1 thing they don’t have to wonder about any more is: “where do I belong?” Before HCH these children were destitute, lacking the most basic necessities of life. Now they have nutritious meals, clean water, spiritual care, a good education and plenty of love! Their hope is restored!At HCH, we provide orphans with a new family – a multitude of “brothers” and “sisters,” and a caring staff to see that they’re loved and well supervised; a new hope – security, stability and a Christian faith they can build their lives on; and a new future – far different than before - receiving education, skills training and all that they need to succeed.

The mission of Vision Health International (VHI) is to improve the vision health of medically underserved people in developing countries by providing free-of-charge professional surgical, medical, and educational services at the invitation of the host country. In addition to providing direct patient care, an integral part of VHI's mission is the capacity building of local medical personnel and the transfer of technology to the medical communities of the countries served. Educational activities include directed training of medical personnel in the latest surgical techniques, pre-and post-operative care, specialized oculoplastic instruction, and patient exams. The transfer of technology is accomplished through donations of surplus surgical supplies and equipment to local medical professionals to allow for continuity of care. Hi 5 Youth Foundation, USA was founded in the USA to support the work of Hi 5 Youth Foundation, India and to assist in the scaling & expansion of its activities.
