Ambedkar Association of North America (AANA) was formed in the year 2008 with the aim to uplift the lives of people who belong to the underprivileged castes in India. It is a registered non-profit, charitable, and cultural organization that follows Dr. Ambedkar’s message to Educate, Agitate, and Organize. Our members primarily come from the Bahujan community in India and are committed to a vision of a world free from caste apartheid, religious intolerance, and injustice. We work with all Ambedkarite Americans to achieve dignity and justice through organizing, policy innovation, transformative education, and cultural programming.
We are dedicated to helping locate lost and missing individuals. 1. To provide specialized search, rescue and recovery services, and to assist other agencies during natural disasters or other extreme emergencies, focusing on land and water searches for lost and missing persons, and for people trapped or missing as a result of natural or man-made disasters. 2. To develop resources and to train our members to complement the capabilities of law enforcement and fire rescue agencies. 3. To improve rescue, search and recovery techniques and procedures, promote the free exchange of rescue, search recovery techniques and procedures , and disseminate information in said techniques and procedures.

We provide services and solutions that make a long-lasting difference, ultimately saving both employers and employees from the cost of injuries while raising morale and increasing productivity rates.
Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) seeks to accompany, serve and advocate the cause of refugees and other forcibly displaced people, so that they may heal, learn and determine their own future. Jesuit Refugee Service/USA is based in Washington, DC and provides pastoral care for people detained in the US and support for refugees around the world through funding, oversight, monitoring and evaluation of JRS projects and programming. JRS works in 56 countries to meet the educational, health, psycho-social and emergency needs of nearly 750,000 refugees and displaced persons. JRS responds to humanitarian emergencies in places like Syria and Iraq and works in settings of prolonged crises such as South Sudan, Chad and Ethiopia.
Our mission is to provide relief and recovery for displaced pets and their people 24/7, free of charge and to ensure that ALL family members are taken care of during and after a disaster in their home. The Red Paw Emergency Relief Team is Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based 501 (C) 3 nonprofit organization run by firefighters that provides relief and recovery for displaced pets and their people in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Red Paw provides care at the incident scene, emergency transport, veterinary care, spay/neuter, vaccinations, ongoing wellness, food and temporary shelter for dogs, cats, and other owned animals involved in both residential fires and other disaster incidents at no cost to the individuals that we serve.
Golden Hearts believes in lighting a dream, one child at a time. Our mission is to provide access to education to academically motivated but financially disadvantaged students, and to promote individual well-being and public health access for those with whom we cross paths. We hope to change the lives of young children because they are our future. We hope to find people with golden hearts because each one is like a ray of sunshine that keeps the world bright every day. Even if the difference does not change their life, it will at least bring a smile to their faces during this tough time. During 2019, Scholarships, totaling $34,950, were granted to Students throughout Southern, Northern, and Central Vietnam. Presents, totaling $33,095, were given to needy children, which included fitness clothing, blankets, jackets, backpacks, and candy, etc.
Global Samaritans is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to showing God's love by enhancing the physical and spiritual well being of the people in Southern Zambia. Global Samaritans includes a children's home located just outside of Livingstone, Zambia. From its base at the children's home, Global Samaritans also operates two commercial well drilling rigs where clean water is provided to villages that do not currently have access to clean water. When visiting a village to drill a well our organization always takes the opportunity to share the Good News of the gospel and minister to the villagers spiritually. Our organization can best be summed up through its four purposes: (1) To raise mature, productive, Christian children who will mold and shape the future of Zambia. (2) To assist the local churches and pastors through continuing education, library resources, and evangelism tools, and their churches with evangelism and discipleship. (3) To provide an opportunity for Americans to serve and be intimately involved in life changing foreign mission experiences. (4) To bring clean water to Zambia and improve the standard of living in communities where Global Samaritans is already at work.
