Dedicated to providing emergency medical services (EMS) and safety training to Mountainside and the surrounding communities. The Mountainside Rescue Squad's mission is to provide top quality, caring emergency medical services and community training to Mountainside residents and surrounding communities.

The mission of the Search and Rescue Teams of Warren County (SARTWC) is to provide professional nationally trained and certified search and rescue volunteers to law enforcement and OEM (Office of Emergency Management) agencies and work collaboratively in searches, recoveries, and rescues of persons who are missing. The SARTWC will also provide community outreach through education and will work cooperatively with other agencies so “that others may live”.

The Foundation for the Children of the Californias is a tri-national collaboration with Canada, the United States, and Mexico, endeavoring to improve the health and nutrition for the children of the mega-region of San Diego and Baja California through the operation of Hospital Infantil de las Californias, a model pediatric specialty medical and education complex, located one half mile into Baja California, Mexico

To provide superior fire, rescue, and emergency medical services to the Arbutus and surrounding communities. We strive to protect life, property, and the environment through intervention, prevention, education, training, and community involvement.

Soroptimist International of Marysville is celebrating 30 years of service to our community. We are part of Soroptimist International, with over 95,000 members in 120 countries around the globe. Our focus is on service: we are committed to improving the lives of women and children in our community, our country, and around the world. at our local club level, we organize fundraisers to support various service projects chosen by the members. We do several hands-on projects and also donate money to projects that share our vision. We recognize exceptional women and girls with awards and monetary grants to help them continue their work.

WRA, formed in 1979, rehabilitates injured and orphaned urban wildlife for release back to the wild. Its specialty is native birds but treats small mammals also. WRA speaks to children and adult groups about urban wildlife issues and ways to prevent common injuries. An average of 3,000 patients are admitted to its facility in Burnaby, BC every year.
