Lower Adirondack Search and Rescue (LASAR) is a wilderness search and rescue team located in the Adirondack Region of New York State.

Providing for those who are less fortunate by providing the necessary supplies. We create these opportunities through our World Care "Tools Programs".

Not Another Child (NAC) uses social networks to provide support to 2,011 children-in-need (ages 0-14 years). This first phase of NAC's aspiration began in January 2011 and will end whenever 2,011 children's lives change for the better. NAC’s modus operandi is using Peer-to-Peer networks to identify children needing food, shelter, and clothing. With help from Trusted Volunteers, NAC ensures 100% of donations benefit impoverished children. In the words of NAC’s founder: “It is time to make a difference in the life of a child here and the life of a child there, one impoverished child at a time, for some children a one-time difference, for other children a difference of a lifetime.”

Our mission is to help combat mental health issues among Firefighters and First Responders. We want to be a beacon of hope during these difficult times that many of us face. Mental health issues and an alarming amount of suicides have become more of an issue among Firefighters and EMS Personnel (⚠️Most recently they have even begun outnumbering LODDs⚠️). By providing peer support (one-on-one conversation with another firefighter/first responder) and financial assistance for licensed counseling (we will find a counselor who fits you, that lives in your area, and help cover the cost of the first cycle of sessions), we hope to give our brothers and sisters a way to fight back and provide them with an understanding of what they are experiencing. Their mission is to assist local communities with the financial, emotional, and physical needs of victims of mass tragedies that occur in the state of Colorado. The Colorado Healing Fund (CHF) will serve as the single point in Colorado for the collection of public donations in the aftermath of a mass tragedy and in conjunction with community partners CHF will coordinate the disbursement of funds to victims.

The Rhizome Center for Migrants’ mission is to support and defend forcibly displaced persons and uprooted people at risk around the world. The organization's Mexico Project based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, provides legal aid and reintegration services to deported men and women and their family members.
