DCI also connects American youth to less fortunate children in other countries, educating them about the challenges facing children worldwide and inspiring them to take leadership in humanitarian causes. Distressed Children & Infant International (DCI) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization registered in the United States and operating around the world.

Our Christ-centered mission is to provide excellent physical, spiritual, emotional, educational & economic care for at-risk children and families in Haiti, empowering the most vulnerable and disadvantaged.

Children to Love International is focused on meeting the needs of the suffering children of the world, providing help and assistance to empower 'the least of these' (Matthew 25:40). Our efforts are focused on education, spiritual teaching, economic support, physical assistance, and social intervention. We seek to equip all children to become independent, contributing members of their communities, and fully committed followers of Jesus. Children to Love is committed to partnering with local Christians to assist in developing sustainable strategy to help bring change within their own cultures. Each of our ministry partners is led by committed Christians serving within their own cultures and communities.

Food, immunizatons, Christian education, water purification and self help programs for children and their families in Africa and Christian orphange support, as well as providing aid for single, black working mothers in the U.S.

Our vision is to empower local leaders to intervene for the millions of children currently living in institutions and create more paths to faith, family, and independence.

To be the love of Christ to Uganda's orphaned and vulnerable children, equipping them to become authentic Godly leaders that transform generations.

Founded in 2000 by Fr. Thuan and two friends based in San Francisco, CA, the Blind Vietnamese Children Foundation assisted The Lover of the Holy Cross Sisters who had just established Nhat Hong Thi Nghe Home for the Blind in Ho Chi Minh City (1995). Up to the present time with the Foundation’s support the Sisters expanded to nine homes and schools with a total of almost 400 students. The Foundation has also provided funding to maintain the homes, schools, and healthcare centers for visually impaired children administered by other lay or religious groups. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors and supported by hundreds of friends who give much of their time and wealth throughout the year to assist in BVCF fundraising efforts. Every year the Foundation organized the benefit luncheons or dinners with silent and live auctions, and raffles. A lively family atmosphere blends different cultures and faiths in a single effort to help our very special children live promising lives in Vietnam.

This is Save the Children’s New York Advocacy Office and not the primary Save The Children organization. That organization, in Fairfield, CT, has EIN 06-0726487. They engage with UN Member States, UN Security Council Members, UN Secretariat, UN Agencies, and other key stakeholders on humanitarian and development issues. They work on Save the Children’s priority areas of child survival, education, protection, the 2030 Agenda, as well as humanitarian crises.
